I have have to have a pcv value cover/intake manifold replaced in my car 3 times. My car is covered under warranty but that warranty will expire. I will have to have is replaced again at some and it seems that no one is asking why this part has to be replaced so frequently in a car that is less than 5 year old. There is a code that appears but it is months after the car starts to surge when you turn it on and feel like it is going to cut out when idling. I live in the city and cannot hesitate to drive when the light turns as it may cause an accident.
Faulty turbocharger, multiple owners that I spoke to have replaced their turbocharger twice only to know that it keeps failing. The turbocharger ruined my catalytic converter which had to be replace du to a crack in the turbocharger.
Problem no.1, my cruze has lost power, the heater puts out cold air, the radiator is losing fluid, the engine has started to over heat, and there is wet spot under the exhaust pipe when I idle the engine! That means my car has ether a blowen head gasket or cracked head! The car has less then 85,000 miles and if the head is cracked, I think I know why because gm decked the block the short-way center out to the ends! Witch can leave a valley in the center of the block! They made the same mistake with the grand am quad-4! The head all cracked between cylinders 2 and 3 because the block wasn't decked square! I have to take it to the dealer on sat 12/29/18 wish someone would check the block, I know the dealer will try to blame my and to make me pay for some or all of it, even though it is sill
I had my stabilitrak and traction control lights and my check engine light come on my vehicle while driving down a normal city road in sunlight on a clear warm day and my vehicle started idling very roughly while driving and I was right by autozone so they ran codes and found out it said knock sensor and misfire. Well I drove it home 5 mins down the street and park it. Well I take it to my mechanic the following morning and he does a diagnostic and piston check and turns out my spark plug burned so bad it was burned away where the l hook is. And found out that it broke in my combustion chamber somewhere . Now I have to get this all fixed and its costing a few thousand dollars.

While driving at freeway speeds(70 MPH) the car suddenly downshifted and revved the engine very high(6,000 RPM). The car lost speed and would not downshift. Punched the gas and engine returned to normal. Check engine light came on shortly thereafter. Took to dealer and they state turbocharger is bad. The car only has 62,000 miles on it.
While driving check engine light came on and car start losing power and not shifting correctly being close to home attempted to baby vehicle home. Car started to make strange noise immediately pulled over and shut car off. Had car towed to personal mechanic. The turbo has blown apart
Gasket cover, turbo oil feed and return line.
steering 3 complaints shown
When traveling down the interstate on multiple occasions the steering column becomes 'stuck' or 'sticky' in the aspect that it requires extra exertion of force to move it in either directions. This results in the car swerving and on more than one occasion almost wrecking. *js
Water pump had to be replaced due to leak, computer reprogramed to fix steering wheel catch, battery terminal cable replaced for unknown reason. All this on a brand new 2014 cruze. Wtf? Not to mention initial drive shaft repairs. Thought this was an american made car with quality american parts, worst first new car buyer experience ever. Make it right gm. *tr
While driving at hwy speeds the steering will appear to stick or not respond. It feels as if there is no response from the minor input from the steering wheel. Then you put a little more input in the wheel and the car appears to catch up to the command giving it minor swerving feeling. It seems to be quite common with cruzes. I have found over 100 complaints on one forum about the same issue. Something needs to be done about the possible unsafe condition. *tr

3rd time since purchasing in march 2014 that heater and or air conditioning has stopped working. Was told first 2 times that it was the motor and sensor, those were replaced now while making yet another road trip 4 hours from our home with our child the heat went out. Heater will not blow warm air or any air for that matter and defrosted will not work resulting in us stopping every few miles to manually wipe the windshield down. *tr
The vehicle's radio flashes on and off and a 'service stabilitrak' warning comes on the odometer screen. I have read this causes serious issues with others that have had the same problem and there is no known fix.
A warning light came on for the airbag randomly. It evolved to the following issues: radio control panel going out with no volume control besides the steering wheel, static on the radio, a warning that park assist needed to be serviced (vehicle does not have park assist), headlights would not turn off upon the vehicle being turned off. The "solution" as there were so many errors that randomly started popping up (mind you, my car was serviced less than a month ago) is a $1500 change of a sensor or unplug the backup camera permanently. This clearly is a manufacturer defect, as why all of a sudden would the car suddenly think I have features that I don't even have on the car.

The car is a 2014 Chevrolet cruze lt that was just purchased from a used car dealer and within the first week the engine retards itself and throws a check engine light. The code reads p0325 when read. The wiring has been checked out and has nothing wrong. The knock sensor has been replaced twice. After being replaced, the code will go away anywhere from a few minutes to a month and then the same issue starts all over again.
We have a well maintained 2014 Chevy cruise . It's my daughters car and it completely shuts down in the middle of driving it ..... Dangerous . There are a lot of complaints out there but no one seems to do anything about it .
airbags 1 complaint shown
My 2014 Chevy cruze eco was hit in the right rear of my vehicle by a 2015 Chrysler that was going approximately 40-45mph. My vehicle was going around 20mph. Once hit in the rear I was flung forward and to the left, causing me to hit my head on the left a-pillar and momentarily blacking out and then went forward more just stopping before hitting my head on the steering wheel. Then I hit the vehicle in front of me. No airbags were deployed, not a single one. The onstar system said they detected an airbag deployment but nothing externally deployed in vehicle. I believe that if airbags actually deployed it could have lessened or stopped my concussion I received from my accident. *tr
