I WAS ON A SIDE STREET TURNING L ONTO A BUSY STREET. THERE WAS A LONG LARGE WHITE VAN BLOCKING MY VIEW FROM TURNING. I WAS AT A STOP SIGN. AS I STARTED TO MOVE OUT I DID LOOK BOTH WAYS FIRST.
