I have a confirmed issue with my son's passenger side airbag. The local dealer woody anderson Ford was not able to schedule repairs until march 17th and would not offer a loaner even for the day of the repair. As a result my son will have to drive an unsafe vehicle for 2 1/2 months until the repairs can be made.

Takata recall. My complaint centers around the fact that Ford is dragging its feet about honoring the recall. Ford has put us in a catch-22 situation. We are risking our lives every day by driving this defective and dangerous car and we can't buy a new car because dealers won't take it in trade. Today I visited brandon Ford, one of the largest Ford dealers in the us. I tried to trade our mustang in on a new one and they wouldn't even talk to me. They would be glad to sell me a new car, but refused to take the trade because the recall renders it worthless. The sales guy said they cannot resell the car and would send it to the auction for pennies on the dollar. He also said that Ford has no plans to make the repairs and that any dealer that says they have a repair schedule is lying. I beseec
Hello, I hope this message finds you well, I would like to express my deep concern and dissatisfaction with my 2014 Ford mustang. Unfortunately as you are aware the takata driver side air bag inflator recall has immensely hindered my opportunity of selling the vehicle. Ford has not been helpful, due to the recall the value of the vehicle has strongly decreased. They have not relayed substantial information which will essentially fix the recall. "a notice will be sent to you in the mail", I have not received any information in the mail. I've called numerous times and it appears quite frankly Ford does not care about this issue. Ford motor co has demonstrated a disregard on when the parts will be sent to fix the recall, and or helping me get rid of the vehicle. I have a payoff amount of $
Takata recall : I got in a small accident and the airbag deployed and it caused me to receive a laceration and fracture on my nose. My car was in motion in a parking lot

"takata recall". Ford refuses to fix, replace or buy-back my 2014 mustang after 6 months of making payments and being unable to use the vehicle for its intended purposes. In a conversation with the dealer, they said to call Ford and I did today only to be told, in spite of federal law. They won't help. Can you?
Takata recall - Ford changed the status of my driver side airbag inflator recall from "remedy not available" to "recall incomplete", implying that parts are now available and it is now my responsibility to have it replaced. But no dealership in my area has any such parts, and cannot even estimate when they may be able to order parts to comply with this recall. I have checked with two Ford dealers in my area (portland oregon) and they cannot help me resolve this. Ford is wrongfully changing the status of this recall for unknown reason(s).
I purchased a car a month ago, right after I filled all paperwork out and was to take delivery the airbag light went off. They sent car to a Ford dealer 2 weeks later and said the part needed is on backorder until 12/14. (I am making payments and insurance on car) they gave me a part number of dr3z1ha005hc and carmax is telling me now the Ford dealer is giving them a hard time. I have searched this part thru Ford and there isn't one. It's supposed to be a drivers seat airbag harness that has sensors on it. What am I supposed to do as a consumer? I want this car! I need this car! I'm paying for this car! Everyone is being unhelpful!

Tamara recall, the traction light come on and off the power steering failure light come on and makes a screeching noise, and the power steering gets extremely stiff in turns like it's about to lock up. Tl* the contact owns a 2014 Ford mustang. While driving 40 MPH, the steering wheel inadvertently maneuvered to the right and left. The contact had to manually steer the vehicle straight again. There were no warning indicators illuminated. The vehicle was taken to sam pack's five star Ford lewisville (1144 n stemmons fwy, lewisville, tx 75067, (469) 470-4900) for diagnostic testing, but the results were unknown and the failure recurred. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and did not assist. The failure mileage was 40,000.
wheels 1 complaint shown
The wheels are machined in a non-standard way on the bead surface and most replacement tires cannot be seated on the bead of the wheels. The OEM wheels have machined slots in them near the bead seating area & the air leaks out these slots when you are trying to seat the bead to install the new tires. These wheels are 18" x 8" size and came on the fp6 appearance package with my vehicle from Ford. I spent 2 days at tire stores waiting for installation of new tires on my car. Several brands of tires were tried and most won't seat on the bead of these wheels. All of the tires tried are the stock OEM size of 235/50r18. It appears that Ford choose to lighten the wheels by machining these slots in them, but the downside is that you cannot replace the tires since most brands won't seat on th

the following problem happened to me a few years ago (twice within a couple of months) and again, 2 days ago. Each time I was standing at a traffic light when all of a sudden it accelerated at full throttle. I practically stood on the brake pedal, but the car was inching forward, as I put the transmission into park. This was not a subtle situation, it was dangerous. The engine went from idle to screaming within 2 seconds. I ruled out the floor mat as it was in the proper position and snapped into the floor. It did not cause any warning lights to come on. in May, I had the oil changed, at which time they suggested that they clean the throttle body, which they did. They never heard of the above problem.
