BRAKES WENT OUT AND PEDAL WENT TO THE FLOOR. ABS BRAKES CAME ON. NOT A HARD BRAKE AT ALL. COULDN'T STOP IN TIME PULLING INTO PARKING SPACE AND HIT FENCE POLE DAMAGE TO FRONT BUMPER CENTER AND PASSENGER SIDE FENDER. THIS COULD OF BEEN LIFE OR DEATH SITUATION IF ON ROAD WAY IF HAD TO STOP FOR TRAFFIC OR PEDESTRIANS

APPLIED BRAKES AND BRAKE LIGHT CAME ON. PEDAL WAS SOFT AND MADE A GRINDING SOUND. BRAKES STILL WORKED BUT NOT VERY WELL. CLEARED THE PROBLEM BY TURNING OFF ENGINE AND RESTARTING.
