I have noticed at times when the vehicle in put into reverse gear the vehicle intermittanly fails to move

S times now, the vehicle intermittanly fails to move when placed in gear, reverse or drive. Additionally, while underway, transmission "bucks" and in some instances, accelerates rapidly with miminal accleration at accelrator pedal. I have a video of the latest incident but am unable to upload it to your site.
