Power steering locks up whenever it decides to without warning. Its happened several times. Dealership saus nothing found wrong. We have hit curb once and tonight it happened while exiting the interstate causing me to run off the road.

I JUST RECEIVED THE POWER STEERING SOFTWARE UPDATE FOR THE LOSS OF POWER STEERING LAST WEEK. ABOUT FIVE OR SIX TIMES NOW THE STEERING HAS BEEN VERY HARD AND ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. IT NEVER DONE THIS BEFORE THE SOFTWARE UPDATE
I WAS DRIVING ON A TWO LANE HIGHWAY AND I SUDDENLY LOST CONTROL OF THE STEERING WHEEL. THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY HARD TO MANEUVER CAUSING ME TO VEER OUT OF MY LANE CAUSING A CRASH. THE AIRBAGS ALSO DID NOT DEPLOY FULLY CAUSING ME TO HAVE A DISLOCATED SHOULDER AND BROKEN RIBS. THE CAR ALSO CAUGHT ON FIRE DURING IMPACT AND I HAD TO BE PULLED FROM THE VEHICLE.
