My nissan keeps slipping when I try to accelerate. I noticed everyone is having the same problem there needs to be a recall some people don't have money for a new transmission. The dealerships have to take care of this issue and I need a car to get back and forth. I bought this car brand new in 2017. I need this issue addressed

The CVT seems to shudder uncontrollably when accelerating from zero and also when driving at 60mph on the interstate. The RPMs fluctuate erratically and spontaneously when traveling at 60mph or higher. Yes, the car can be inspected upon request-it does the shuddering every time it accelerates from zero. My safety and the passengers safety is at risk if the car were to stop functioning while driving on interstate. Yes, the problem has been reproduced by a local service center. No, the problem has not been inspected by the manufacturer, police, or insurance representative. Would like to have the car inspected by the above if it were at no cost to me since it's a Nissan CVT issue. No, warning lamps or messages are on the dash. Problems began to appear in 2021.
Car is dangerously slow to accelerate when attempting to merge onto a freeway or a busy street. Even with flooring the accelerator, vehicle will not move past 40mph for about 5-8 seconds, which in driving, is a large amount of time, especially merging onto the freeway.
the transmission has failed with hardly any warning. Stops without warning, while driving down the road. The car will start just fine but will not rev. or respond to the accelerator. When it stops will driving, it will rev way up but will not have any power to move.

I had turned my car on after work and i had a light turn on my dashboard marking “PS” indicating there was an issue with the power steering. I turned off my car and turned it back on the light went away so i began driving home. As I was driving the same light turned on and the car shut off but was still going, I was unable to accelerate but i was able to brake. The steering wheel was locked and unable to be moved. Thankfully the roads were clear otherwise it would have been a terrible accident.
When in a stationary position and off the car's automatic start will not start the car even when pressing on the brake petal and pressing the automatic start button. The car will cycle through the electronic warning on the dashboard to say - press the brake pedal and press the start button. The car will not start. Instead it will cycle through the radio coming on and the dash illuminating and then to off. The car will not start. It first occurred on 11/26/19, on two separate occasions. First occasion was attempting to leave our home garage. Second occasion was directly following occasion 1 as we attempted to leave the grocery store parking lot. Tl* the contact owns a 2017 Nissan sentra. When the brake pedal was depressed, the vehicle would not come a complete stop. The contact drove the vehicle to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the defect was related to the central processing unit. The contact stated that the check engine and tire pressure warning indicators illuminated. While driving 10 MPH, the vehicle shut off without warning. The vehicle had not been removed from the scene of the failure. The manufacturer was notified and informed the contact to have the vehicle towed to o'neil Nissan (849 street rd, warminster, pa 18974, (215) 674-9300). The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was unknown.
The manufacturer installed anti-theft measures that became broken. Nissan’s “immobilizer” system can not tell the difference between false theft and real theft. I read many people were locked out of their vehicles because the only way to unlock the anti theft system is by paying Nissan. Now I’m unable to drive my car sometimes because it may locked me or my battery dies due to the lightning blinking for hours.

SUV driver hit our sentra from behind while stationary; we were the last car in the line of the right lane of traffic and we were at a dead stop. We were hit very hard from behind and we slammed into the SUV in front of us. Driver and passenger airbags did not deploy for either driver or passenger during this collision. There was significant structural damage and the vehicle was considered totaled. My partner who was the passenger suffered a concussion due to this collision, our child was thankfully unharmed in a seat with a 5 point restraint. *dsy
While reverse parking into a single parking space at my apartment complex, the driver-side airbag deployed unexpectedly without any collision or impact. At the time of the incident, the vehicle was moving at a low speed and there were no warning lights, messages, or alerts prior to the airbag deployment. The airbag deployment struck me in the face and right arm, creating an immediate risk of injury. Following the deployment, the vehicle became non-drivable. The vehicle would not accelerate and would not move forward or in reverse when the accelerator pedal was pressed, indicating a possible electronic or powertrain safety system failure. The contact owned a 2017 Nissan Sentra. The contact stated that while driving 45 MPH and coasting to the right around a curve, after completing the maneuver, the accelerator was depressed, the cruise control was set at 48 MPH, and the steering wheel was turned to the left but independently turned all the way to the right. It will be investigated by my insurance company, but this is what happened. I was taking a leisurely drive on a country road. Not much for shoulders and the trees aren't cut back far enough. I was going straight. The vehicle decided to take a 45 degree turn the right. Into the trees then flipping several times before finally coming to rest. The shoulder strap failed to lock, therefore my upper body took quite a beating including broken ribs because the side curtain doesn't cover the armrest. And the console took care of ribs in my right side. Full upper body whiplash. This is an issue unknown to most of the general public. Wish I had known. I have witnesses and police reports. Nissan sentra 2017 the gear jams when putting into reverse, drive, and backing up from drive way. Vehicle has a very slow take off untill you pick up speed at 40 MPH. But not enough speed to pass up cars,trucks in enough time and that is stepping on the gas peddle to the bottom.
Rpm’s spike up to high levels just to get up to 45/50. I have to let off gas & almost stall out to press gas to try & catch it into higher gear. This happens most the time, but not all. 45/50 but won’t go past 55/60mph, let alone 70-80 on I90/I94. & if it’s really bad then I have to be almost gas to the floor just to maintain any speed once up to 40/45++. Especially higher speeds. & other times O/D kicks in at random times random speeds & then I have to park or EMERGENCY park because reduction of speed won’t stay up, or will not even get to 55/60… I bought this car New March 2017. Maybe 10-20 miles. We had extended warranty. I told them multiple times about the recall & the studdering since a year of owning in 2018. The fabric drivers side seat belt is frayed. At least 1/2 of the width of the fabric is not intact. The warranty on the seat belt is 120 months and the dealer said it is not covered by the warranty. No incident has occurred yet, but I am concerned for my safety in the event of an accident. The car has 32,073 miles on it so it is obviously a defect. The belt is available for inspection. Yes the Dealer was notified and did inspect the belt. There were no warning lamps.

Low beam headlight failed. It is available for inspection. Drove car with only one low beam headlight. Not safe. Yes. Confirmed by independent service center. Had independent mechanic perform a pre-purchase inspection. They advised that my passenger side low beam headlight was out but they they would not be able to repair it quickly because it required removing the front bumper and removing the headlight assembly. Manufacturer, police, insurance not involved. Warning message stated that there was a headlight system error. Here's what I want you to consider. My mechanic advised that the list price for the headlight assembly is $1,100 and the labor to put the headlight in was $300. They said that there is no access to the low beam LED headlight bulb. My gears did not appear on my dashboard when I got in my car to go home. The car also would not go into gear (reverse or drive). I kept trying to switch the gears and press the gas. The car eventually started moving forward and gained enough speed for me to drive home. The next day I cranked my car, the gears showed up on the dashboard and the car moved (I was home in my driveway). However since, the gears have disappeared again and the car will not move.
