A service light did come on at this point. I took my truck in to Koons Ford in Falls Church Virginia and reported my observations and concerns to Service Advisor [XXX]. [XXX] advised me that his service technician could diagnose the issue, and that the fee for this diagnostic work would be $250. I paid this fee with my credit card, but still don't have a record of this payment as it didn't appear on the invoice I received when the catalytic converters were replaced. While idling at a stop light I could smell an oil burning smell. I continued to monitor the smell the rest of the day and determined an excessive amount of oil dripping from the bottom of the vehicle and also excessive oil puddling near the driver side valve cover in the engine compartment. The amount of oil in the engine compartment is enough to warrant a fire hazard. Diagnosis is a cracked valve cover. No engine warning lights appeared, however excessive oil consumption and a possible fire hazard remains. Vehicle is scheduled for service, however it will takes a few weeks to get a service appointment and parts in stock....

Driving 35mph on flat straight road when rear sliding window exploded with no external forces applied. Huge noise shocked me and made me swerve into adjacent lane. Glass shattered all over the rear seats and floor of the vehicle. Immediately brought vehicle to Flood Ford in East Greenwich to be looked at. While driving at generally any speed from 8mph up to 70mph the electronic steering wheel will pull in either direction, I have brought this truck into a certified Ford dealership and they said everything they checked out was okay with said truck. This is not okay as it almost pulled me into the ditch while turning a corner. Other then that incident this erratic steering situation arises anytime I am driving, it does not appear to be intermittent.

Transmission, on 5 year F150 truck slips, and sometimes wont go in revers, huge safety issue. This issue almost caused an accident a few time in one week. We took truck to dealership. They did concur it is not drivable IF NOT FIXED This is a huge safety issue for all 2018 f150 trucks. we never received any recall info on truck if there were any. imagine a vehicle you cant go in reverse , or transmission stops as you pull into an intersection. luckily for us our family was not involved in an accident. a 5 year old vehicle's transmission should not fail on any manufacture.. According to several 2018 f150 owners this is an issue. someone will die in a accident if this is not addressed.
