THE MIDDLE SEAT SEATBELT GOT CAUGHT IN THE RECLINE LEVER WHICH CAUSED THE SEATBELT TO LOCK AND THERE IS KNOW WAY OF RELEASING IT, MAKING THE SEATBELT UNUSABLE.
