So , when I am finishing a call and I try to hang up, it freezes the screen up. When this happens the call counter on the screen is still going like I am on the call when I am not. I have to disconnect my phone in order to use it. Then I have to pull over and go in the trunk and pull the radio fuss out so that it will clear everything out and then I can reconnect my phone and use the hands free again. When it freezes up , I can change anything, none of the buttons on the screen will works and the screen gets really hot to touch. Secondly when I go to crank my car sometimes whether it is a cold crank or not it may a hitting nose and it sound like it is coming from the back left side. That can happen several times a day or sometimes it doesn't happen at all. This is a new car for me so I do

There is a recall on my car. I’ve scheduled an appointment, but they will not provide me with a loaner. I have two jobs and I need a car and I can’t afford to pay for a a rental that’s why I work two jobs so I’d like to know what I’m supposed to do. My tags are due at the end of this month, which I’ve already paid for it, but I cannot receive them because of this recall so I need action.. i’ve tried to schedule appointment twice and they tell me that I need to call Chrysler which that’s who I’m calling and try to make arrangements for a loaner. This isn’t my mistake. It isn’t my problem. This is their problem. They need to provide me with a vehicle you’re not gonna take my car for three days when I have two jobs and no vehicle

steering 2 complaints shown
It is obvious that this 2019 Chrysler 300 has the defects that a recall was issued by the NHSTA about. My electrical systems have malfunctioned multiple times causing the vehicle to lock up and die in traffic. The power steering would go out. The car wouldn’t want to shift. Anything and everything that could read information out wrong was going off. The check engine light. The brake system. Transmission. Etc. just everything was lit up on the dash. The car would lock and unlock on its own. The windshield wipers would come on and turn off by themselves. The transmission is electric too, and it would want to lock up when you tried to shift it to park. This car has truly been a nightmare for me. I was the second owner. It was sold to me by Crain Ford of Little Rock. I was never told anything
This has happened a few times. First , I started my car, after being driven for awhile, then it immediately shutoff and the abs system, traction control, emergency brake, and other lights lit up on my dash and showed in messages “service power steering,” “service abs system,” and “service electronic stability control.” Meanwhile, my power steering goes out, brakes, and air conditioning stop working with all the lights on my dash lit. Then, when you park and turn it off, it won’t start again. Doesn’t even try to start. This also has happened while driving and I had no choice, but to drive it or be stuck an hour from home at 1am. This not only puts others in danger, but myself with no brakes and power steering.

She stated that she pressed the brake and it didn't stop the car. cruise control 1 complaint shown
The cruise system malfunctioned. In multiple scenarios (at least three) when the cruise control was set, if the accelerator is pushed while the cruise control is engaged, the vehicle will continue to accelerate even if the accelerator is released. Disengaging the cruise control via brake usage or by hand on the steering wheel does not stop the unwanted acceleration. The only way to stop the acceleration is to move it from in Drive to Neutral. At that point, an error populates on the dash and the acceleration stops with cruise control disengagement as well. The issue is fixed upon placing the car back in Drive. Unsolicited acceleration puts the driver and others on the road at risk. The issue has not been presented to a dealer or service center for review and has not been inspected by othe
