On 5/12/2025 at 104,385 miles I brought my 2019 Accord Hybrid Touring into the local Honda dealer for recommended services that populated in the maintenance minder. It was a larger service plugs, coolant flush, brake fluid flush. Early November of 2025 at around 115K miles I had a warning message appear that said engine temperature critical. I checked the overflow reservoir and the coolant level was in operating range. The next day I got the same message, waited for the engine to cool. I took the radiator cap off and added about 1/2 gal of Honda coolant. I proceeded to monitor coolant levels occasionally adding coolant. There were no external coolant leaks. I dropped the vehicle off at Wilde Honda on 12/8/2025 and after testing the system they indicated that there were coolant leaks in

I spoke with Josh (Service Manager) on 02/22/2023 after coming back to the dealership after the scar stalled while driving on Interstate 635. Almost getting in an accident and trying to drive the car back to the dealership, the car began bucking once again and wouldn't go pass 40 miles an hour on an interstate where the speed limit reaches 70 MPH. I called and spoke to Mr. Rey, the service advisor an explained I was coming in. I arrived and told him I wanted to speak with the service manager immediately, he informed me to give him a minute. I stated to Josh that this was unacceptable and for me to be a loyal customer to where since I've been in Texas for over two years, my car has been serviced there and I have a complete record to show that. All maintenance has been completed and things t

I am the original owner of a 2019 Honda Accord Hybrid that I have taken to Envision Honda of Milpitas. I have been consistently maintaining according to Honda’s recommended service schedule. No prior issues were noted. What happened to it is beyond normal wear and tear (failed head gasket). My car only had 78,731 miles on it when incident happened. I did not have any concerns with the vehicle until 11/12/2025 while driving on Freeway. On 11/12/2025, while commuting home from work in the evening on the freeway, all warning lights came on (10/10 lights, including the check engine light). The vehicle could not exceed 50 mph on freeway, and began rumbling. The vehicle had no prior issues. I exited the freeway with hazard lights activated and contacted AAA for assistance. I took my car t

The vehicle, a 2019 Honda Accord, experienced a catastrophic engine failure (blown head gasket) and entered "Limp Mode" after being operated for approximately 18 months with an unaddressed, high-priority federal safety recall (NHTSA 23V-858). The vehicle currently displays DTCs P0100, P0113, and P023D, which indicate severe air/fuel metering and boost pressure correlation failures. Primary Cause: Consequential Thermal Stress The primary cause is likely thermal degradation of the head gasket resulting from a prolonged "lean-burn" condition. Recall Defect: The recalled fuel pump impeller is known to deform, restricting fuel flow. Lean Condition: A restricted fuel supply causes the engine to run "lean" (too much air, not enough fuel). Lean combustion is significantly hotter than normal combus

My vehicle is subject to NHTSA Recall Number 23V-858, Honda Campaign Number YGK, Service Bulletin Number 24-009. I have received multiple notifications via US mail from the American Honda Motor Co, Inc., Automobile Division notifying me of a recall of the fuel pump. The first notice was received in February 2024 with instructions to contact my local dealer as soon as possible. I first began contacting my local Honda dealers (Findlay Honda, Henderson, NV; Centennial Hills Honda; Honda West) in the Las Vegas, Nevada in March 2024. Each time, I was informed that none of the dealerships had the fuel pump and to call back in May 2024. I called in May 2024 and was instructed to call in July 2024. I called in July 2024 and was instructed to call in October 2024. I called in October 2024 and was

The contact owns a 2019 Honda Accord. The contact stated while driving 35 MPH, the electronic parking brake became inoperable. The vehicle was taken to the dealer and the dealer stated that the button was stuck due to debris. The vehicle was repaired; however, the failure persisted. The dealer was contacted, and the contact was informed that the parking brake switch needed to be replaced. The contact had a second appointment scheduled with the dealer to repair the vehicle. The manufacturer was not contacted. The failure mileage was 95,400.

The backup camera does not work approximately 25% of the time car is put in reverse. This is an ongoing problem and has occurred dozens of times over the last 2 months. The screen is blank except for the guidance lines. There are no warning lamps or alarms during the malfunction. The problem has not been confirmed or inspected by the dealer or other representatives.

Gas filler "system" does not have screw on/off gas cap. It has a rubber covering with a slit through which driver inserts gasoline station hose metal nozzle. When removing gasoline station hose nozzle, rubber slit "appears to close" but drops of gasoline remain on the rubber covering & drop onto the vehicle body. I wipe off gasoline drops with paper towel. I'm concerned about large amount of gasoline used & question if "rubber slit covering" provided instead of a tighten screw on/off gas cap allows gasoline/vapor to evaporate & condense on rubber covering of car fuel delivery hose to tank. This occurs in very cold weather as well as warm weather. Recall information on "Honda Fuel Pump" doesn't include this vehicle fuel delivery system issue. Aunt sold me the 2019 Honda Accord Sedan recent

The contact was driving 55 mph when he rear-ended a 2019 Honda Accord that was stopped in the middle of the road. The owner of the Honda Accord stated the vehicle abruptly stopped. The brake light illuminated, and the vehicle braked without assistance. The contact vehicle was towed, but the driver of the Honda Accord drove his vehicle from the scene of the accident. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was unknown.

I am reporting a failed recall remedy. Honda was unable to provide parts for Recall 23V-858 for over a year. Operating the vehicle during this delay resulted in engine starvation, overheating, and a catastrophic cylinder head gasket failure. The dealer and manufacturer are now refusing to cover the consequential damage caused by their own delay.

On april 13, 2019, my brand new, 2019 Honda accord sport 2.0t on the highway going 55 MPH, with mere/mild rain brought an alert of collision mitigation warning onto the dash. The car has since alerted me of the same problem about 5 times, in both wet and dry highway conditions. When taken to the dealer, they said the car had no records of the alert. Not knowing if the Honda sensing system will work is very alarming and I have become scared to drive the vehicle as I can not trust that the vehicle will perform as advertised. I am paying for a service that is not safe to use or not safe for other motorists as many other accord and Honda owners have reported the same on their cars.

I have had (2) headlight assembly replacements on my Touring due to water infiltration into the housing causing obscurity of the beam. I am now having a third headlight assembly problem due to water infiltration. This is under standard wear conditions and no damage to the components. I've heard other drivers having the same issue. Honda is refusing to resolve the issue for me.

Back windshield leaked. A third of the seal was not installed and water leaked into roof liner in car. Leaked from rain and car wash. Suspension clunks and makes noise like an old car. Vehicle in shop almost 30 days 1st year, at least 18 consecutive. Dealer recommended vehicle be bought back due to issues but Honda regional mechanic came in and said tha'ts just how they ride. Car still rides like an old truck over bumps. No satisfaction as far as I'm concerned.
