Chrysler (FCA US LLC) is recalling certain 2019 Jeep Wrangler and Ram 2500, 2019-2020 Ram 1500 and 2020 Jeep Gladiator vehicles
In the event of a crash, if the front seat belts fail to lock, there is an increased risk of injury.
Fix: Chrysler will notify owners, and dealers will replace the front seat belt retractors, free of charge. The recall began November 12, 2020. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is W67.

Front Seat Will Not Unfold and Lock Into Position This bulletin involves replacing the Easy Entry release cable and both front seattrack seat position returns. Customers may experience one or both of the following: This may be an intermittent condition the customer experiences.One or both of the front seats will not unlock from the Easy Entry position. One or both of the front seats will not unfold and lock back into the upright position. The vehicle cannot be driven due to this condition.
DAMPER, Steering Additional service procedure steps after replacing the steering damper: Verify the correct orientation of the steering damper. With the vehicle on the ground, it is required to turn the steering wheel for five lock to lock turns ( ?Full Left ? Full Right ? Center? OR ?Full Right ? Full Left ? Center? counted as 1) at 1 rotation/sec to prime the steering damper and purge out the air. NOTE: It is important to prime the new damper by rotating the steering wheel five full lock to lock turns to purge any trapped air out.
