I have been trying for a year to get my recall performed. When I go to the dealer they say there is no parts available and I should contact FCA Recall Assistance. When I call FCA Recall Assistance they say parts are available and that I should try a different dealer. I have tried 3 dealerships and no one will fix the recall. I can't even register the vehicle because in California recalls need to be performed for registration. I do not know who else to turn to.

Being told that the fuel pump is not available by my local dealership and was told if the vehicle fails to operate I will be unable to be provided a loaner vehicle until a part can be manufactured I need to file a complaint this is new low mileage truck and if it goes down. Am I just of luck?
On September 17th 2023 I was traveling on [XXX] W. Bound leaving Altamont pass coming down the grade entering Livermore, California traveling approximately 65 - 70 MPH in the far left lane when I experienced what the motor industries refer to as "Death Wobbles" it has since happened 2 times to date!! Luckily no one including my self was injured in the incident!!!! I spoke to a few other owners of a 2500 Ram truck the years vary between 2018 through 2020 and was told that this was a problem and there was a recall!!! I bought my truck used on 04/02/2022 with the odometer reading "37,947" with only one previous owner!!! INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
High pressure pump failure. Already recalled but not being repaired in a timely manner. Vehicle is in dealership parking lot, site says remedy not available but there is and manufacturer is not releasing it. The high pressure pump in the newest vehicles is the remedy.
The truck was initially brought in on April 10, 2024, for a continuous regeneration issue with the DPF filter, showing codes P242F and P1451. The dealership diagnosed it as requiring a new EGR valve and possibly a DPF filter assembly, under the VB6 emissions recall and extended warranty (XQ1). After replacing the EGR valve, the Y-78 HPFP safety recall was completed. Upon completion, the technician noted multiple fuel-related DTCs, lack of power, and metal debris at the fuel control actuator caused by a failed CP4 pump. At this time, the dealership was unaware of the XQ1 warranty, so instead of replacing the DPF filter, they force regenerated it. Upon picking up the truck, the check engine light came on (April 26, 2024). After reporting it, the dealership stated the DPF filter needed replac

Two different times while driving the vehicle stalled. Both times it was broken wires to the fuel pump. One had rubbed on something causing the break, not sure why the other one broke. I was on a highway both times. First time it happened was around 11/19/2020 the. Again on 12/11/2020
Vehicle has push button start. I start the vehicle and leave running in the morning to defrost. When I went back to the vehicle I unlocked it with the fob while I was walking thru the garage. Stopped in the garage to pick something up and accidentally dropped the fob. Got in the vehicle and drove off. Why does the vehicle allow me to put it in gear without the fob. If I had had remote start and had started it with remote start the vehicle would have stopped running and would not have gone into drive without having the key fob in the vehicle. I expected it to work this way when I manually started it. Why does it not. This is a safety issue and could be fixed with a software upgrade before someone gets hurt. The technology should be made as safe as possible and in this case could easily be m
While installing side steps found an unprotected wiring harness under the truck, just behind the left front wheel. After looking closer at the wires found a wire with nicked insulation, conductor was showing. Didn't cause a problem, yet, however having a bundle of unprotected wiring in this location creates the potential to disable the vehicle if tire kicked something up from road and severed the wires. I didn't report this to dealer, I taped the wires to protect them from further damage.
The touch screen is delaminating. Due to the delaminating the truck randomly calls people, randomly turns functions on/off, it can be very distracting. The only way to solve the issue is to turn off the unit, however half the cars controls and controlled through the unit including some of the safety features so if the head unit is turned off I can’t use some of the safety features.
My rear back window is leaking into the cab. Water comes in around the rear headliner and down onto the seats. This is a known issue on 2019+ Ram trucks with the same backlite design — cracked upper frame and failed seal causing water intrusion.

I just purchased a used 2019 Ram on day two check engine light comes on loss of power while driving at highway speed. Dealer is telling me it is codep0299 they checked and cleared code. Now 12/18/ back with dealer for same code p0299 and loss of power or going 8nto limp mode.
I have experienced unexpected loss of power during acceleration, lack of exhaust breaking and engine codes p003a and p006f which I believe are associated with the turbo actuator.

Component/System Failed:The stability control system, and subsequently, the cruise control system of my 2019 Ram 2500 malfunctioned. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. Safety Risks:The malfunction posed a significant safety risk as it occurred multiple times while driving at speeds of 50mph to 74mph. The unexpected failure of the stability control could lead to a loss of vehicle control, especially at high speeds, increasing the risk of an accident. Additionally, the deactivation of cruise control without warning could lead to sudden changes in vehicle speed, potentially surprising the driver and leading to unsafe driving conditions. Reproduction of the Problem & Inspection by Manufacturer/Other Parties: The truck is currently at AutoNation Ram 265 Drivers Way A, Harde
