THE AUTO LIFT GATE OPENS ON ITS OWN. WE JUST BOUGHT THIS IN JULY AND HAVE FOUND IT OPENED ON AT LEAST 4 OCCASIONS. ONCE OUTSIDE AND THE OTHER TIMES IN THE GARAGE. IT OPENED IN THE GARAGE AND DID NOT REALIZE IT WHEN I PUSHED THE GARAGE DOOR OPENER. IT WAS ABUTTED AGAINST THE DOOR AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO THE LIFT GATE.
