An engine stall increases the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will replace the low pressure fuel pump on super duty vehicles and update the powertrain control module (PCM) software on all other affected vehicles, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 27, 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S75.

Some 2022 Expedition/Navigator vehicles built on or before 25-Mar-2022 may experience a fuel gauge that reads empty with DTC P0460:13. DTCs P0461/P0463 may also be present. This may be due to an open circuit in the fuel level sender (FLS). To correct the condition, replace the FLS using service part number NL1Z-9A299-A. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 310-01. For claiming, use causal part 9A299 and applicable labor operations in Section 09 of the Service Labor Time Standards (SLTS) Manual.
