The Steering Assembly is faulty in the vehicle. I purchase this vehicle as a used Certified preowned vehicle from Hart Infinity in Connecticut. I looked at several one year old Infiniti's as I had an accident in my 2019 and it was totaled. As I was looking, I notices that several of the vehicles had curb rash on the front rims as well as the one I purchased. After I bought mine in July 2024 I noticed that on uneven pavement the vehicle would pull left and right an I had to fight the steering wheel to keep the car in my lane. My safety was at risk because if I didn't maintain control I could crash into someone. I did some research on some sites and there was several people talking about the same issue. Some thought it was the run flat tires. I replaced my tires and still had the pro

I’m reporting a recurring safety issue with my Infiniti Q50 involving the brake, steering, and acceleration systems. While driving, I’ve experienced the brake pedal becoming unresponsive, the gas pedal not reacting, and the steering wheel locking or feeling stiff, making it extremely difficult to control the car. The most recent incident occurred today, [XXX]. I had to stop driving immediately and had the car towed to an Infiniti dealership, where a full systems check was performed. However, since the issue didn’t replicate while there, the dealer said they could not determine the cause. The car is available for inspection if needed. The safety risk is severe: I could not stop or accelerate safely, and I struggled to steer — this put me and other drivers in danger of a serious accident.

Vehicle was parked in my driveway with the engine running for about 5-10 minutes while I was going into the house to turn off my alarm, then return to take out 2 of my elderly dogs; & finally to take out my other dogs. I then returned to the car, opened the driver's side front door & reached in to push the "stop" button on the dash. As soon as I did, the vehicle immediately went into reverse & pulled me down the driveway by the open door. The vehicle continued down the driveway & crossed the street, hitting a fire hydrant in my neighbor's yard across the street. I never physically got into the vehicle to do the steps required to put the vehicle into reverse, i.e. putting my foot on the brake & depressing the transmission shift button. I contacted the dealership where I purchased the vehicl

I am reporting a potential safety defect involving my leased 2023 Infiniti Q50, VIN [XXX]. In 2024, I brought the vehicle to the dealership because the passenger seatbelt warning activated even when the passenger seat was unoccupied. I was told the condition was caused by objects triggering the passenger seat sensor, and no further repair was performed. On XXX, I returned to the dealership for a routine oil change and again reported that the seatbelt warning problem was continuing. I was initially informed that a component in the passenger seat required replacement and that the defect affected the passenger-side airbag system. I was later informed by the dealership that the defect affects both airbags, not only the passenger-side airbag. The dealership advised that the required replacem

While driving my vehicle on 12/06/2025, a wheel separated from the vehicle at the knuckle/ball joint area. This resulted in an immediate loss of safe operation and required the vehicle to be taken out of service. The failure involved the wheel/suspension/steering assembly. This event created a serious safety risk, as loss of a wheel while in operation can cause loss of control and endanger the driver, and other motorists. The vehicle became unsafe to drive and has not been operated since the incident. The vehicle has not been repaired. It remains available for inspection and is currently being held at an authorized dealership. No teardown or repairs have been performed. The issue has not been reproduced because the vehicle has not been driven since the failure. The failure has not yet b

My vehicle was stolen by theives using some kind of device to gain access because I have both key fobs that came with the vehicle but somehow they were able to gain access and start it and drive off. I believe this is a security and safety concern for Infiniti vehicles. it should not be easy to steal a locked, secured vehicle.
