Horn is not working. After I hit 10k miles it suddenly no longer has worked, I am currently at 34250k miles and received a recall letter from hyundai themselves in case of any issues with the car but I don't have the paper. I went to dealer one time to give it a look but they were not working with me and treated me disrespectful so I gave up and been driving with no horn in car.
While it may sound bizarre, I can definitively demonstrate that whenever I am present inside a car, the car become very unstable and bouncy and unsafe to operate.
