A blank instrument display can result in a loss of critical safety information, such as the speedometer and warning lights, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, a missing rearview camera display image can reduce visibility of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: The multimedia module system software will be updated by a dealer, or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 24, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25C21.

An overheated engine block heater can increase the risk of a fire.
Fix: Dealers will replace the block heater element and inspect the electrical cord, replacing it if necessary, free of charge. Owners will also have a alternative option to replace engine block heater element with a threaded blanking plug coupled, and remove the block heater electrical cord. Owner notification letters were mailed June 9, 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S52.

This may be due to the software in the driver door module (DDM) and passenger door module (PDM). Power folding mirror operation from the physical button is not affected by this condition. Some 2024-2026 Nautilus vehicles may experience an "Advance Front Lighting Features Temporarily Unavailable" message with diagnostic trouble codes (DTC) B155A and/or B1559 stored in the headlamp control module (HCM). It is no longer recommended to replace the HCM to correct this condition. Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 417-01 > Diagnosis and Testing > Pinpoint Test (PPT) W: "Headlamp Internal Failures - Multiple HCM DTC" has been updated to improve diagnostics for this condition.
