Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2024 Nautilus vehicles
A blank instrument display can result in a loss of critical safety information, such as the speedometer and warning lights, increasing the risk of a crash. In addition, a missing rearview camera display image can reduce visibility of what is behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Fix: The multimedia module system software will be updated by a dealer, or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 24, 2025. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25C21.

An overheated engine block heater can increase the risk of a fire.
Fix: Dealers will replace the block heater element and inspect the electrical cord, replacing it if necessary, free of charge. Owners will also have a alternative option to replace engine block heater element with a threaded blanking plug coupled, and remove the block heater electrical cord. Owner notification letters were mailed June 9, 2026. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 25S52.

The Ford Diagnostic and Repair System (FDRS) may refer to this module as the "Secondary On-Board Control Module C". If the vehicle exhibits these conditions, replace the inverter system controller. Some 2024-2026 Nautilus vehicles may exhibit an inoperative segment or individual light emitting diode (LED) in the rear mounted deck lid lamp assembly (part of the rear lamp assembly). To correct this condition, replacement of the finished assembly (13A565) is not required. To repair, replace the rear mounted deck lid lamp sub-assembly (13434) and transfer components from the original rear liftgate lamp. Refer to Workshop Manual (WSM), Section 417-01 > Removal and Installation > Rear Lamp Assembly and perform Steps 9-11.
Some 2024 Nautilus vehicles built on or before 23-Jan-2024 may exhibit a condition where the rear door power windows are locked when the child lock is off, and the rear door power windows are unlocked when the child lock is on. This may be due to the software in the body control module (BCM). To correct this condition, download and run the "BCM - Body Control Module (BCM) Software Update" application using the latest software version of the Ford Diagnosis and Repair System (FDRS) scan tool.
