Adter 10 minutes shutting off car. Restarting, trying inside button, door button and the remote. They all failed to close door. Had to manually close cargo hatch. It worked the next morning. The blind spot, cross traffic doesnt work! It works for a few minutes after starting car but under traffic condtions it fails to notify on both sides of the vehicle. It failed first on passenger side. Now both sides fail in heavy traffic conditions. I have videos to prove the failures.

I was attempting to mount my bike rack. To get the clips to properly fit I needed to partially open the liftgate. Upon triggering the door release the power liftgate and began opening the door. The anti pinch system did not detect the pinch and it crumpled the roof and liftgate at the seam. I tried to stop it but there was too much pressure and by the time it stopped lifting under my body weight significant damage had occurred. If a finger had been there it would have been chopped off.

The vehicle had the original OEM battery fail at 15 months. It dropped to 7v under light load. It's a bad battery. Upon being jump started, the power steering went in and out while driving and the dashboard blinked on and off...throwing a lot of errors that are unrelated to the battery problem. The failure state of the vehicle with a bad battery is unlike any vehicle I have ever seen and it is extremely dangerous. Furthermore, Mazda roadside assistance does not know about this issue and only offers jumpstarts, putting customers into danger by suggesting that the vehicle is safe to drive with a battery that is not stable.

I purchased my vehicle early August 2024 at Knudson Foothills Mazda in Spokane, Washington. Within the first five hundred miles of use, I noticed that my steering wheel would not maintain center alignment. I took it into the shop explaining my issue and they were fast to acknowledge the alignment was off and that they realigned the vehicle. The steering was off center alignment within 20-40 miles so I again, contacted the dealer and told them I expect a more thorough inspection. They took a brief inspection and realigned the vehicle again. At pickup, the service advisor said "the suspension is settling, this is normal. If it happens again, don't bring it back for 5K miles." They also proceeded to tell me they could not determine the cause, so they called the Mazda Technician hotline which

While driving on a highway, a small pebble impact caused a windshield star on a Mazda vehicle. Within hours, this star developed into a full crack from the left driver A-pillar to the center of the windshield without any further impact. A few days later, two more pebble impacts on a 50-55 MPH roadway immediately caused another vertical crack from behind the windshield mirror mounting area straight downward. The windshield, a critical safety component, appears to be failing under minimal impact, potentially compromising the structural integrity of the vehicle and putting occupant safety at risk. This could lead to reduced visibility, increased risk of injury in the event of an accident, and potential for the windshield to fail completely while driving. The manufacturer (Mazda) was contacted

Two things here. One is when using adaptive cruise control; when there is a car in front that is going slower than your speed your car will slow down. But when it goes out of the way the car will just rev up as much as it can and just catch up to speed. My Camry before this had two options of speeding up; one slower than the other so it saves the transmission. Also, my engine would randomly be at higher rpm’s than usual when at park. It would idle higher than go lower than back and forth. I’ve experienced it during cruise control when randomly my engine would be revving up and down; car being a little jerky. I’ve read online that Mazda is known for transmission issues with also their transmission sensors. Something needs to be done ASAP and fix the issue
