This is a life safety issue and a formal recall notice should be issued. Reason if the driver or passenger is injured in the vehicle the same microphone is used to communicate with the SOS and On start. when some one is incapacitated or suffered an injury they would not normally be able to speak in such a loud volume for the recipient to hear and when the person speaking who has been injured is forced to yell into the microphone (if able) the receiving end only will her distorted audio,. Driving this vehicle in cruise control at around 70-80 mph, on an empty freeway early in the morning. No traffic but suddenly and for no reason the collision prevention system activated causing the steering wheel to turn all the way to the right and locking in place, the brakes activating, and leaving me no control sending me and two passengers in an embankment and the car on its passenger side.

The infotainment system of a brand new 2025 Blazer EV is doing blackouts, flickers, and changing commands and requests. While this may sound trivial - and if this system just did the radio - I would agree. However it controls most all the sub-systems of the car from Charging, to Display, to GPS, Environmental, etc. While at home it is just annoying and frustrating - we traveled to VA from FL this past week. Traffic was horrendous due to a closure of I95 in SC - ALL traffic was forced onto 2 lane country roads. Attempting to use the Controls, adjust GPS for alternatives, and adjusting displays - the glitches were causing either unexpected actions - or distracting longer than expected and causing near accidents. Was driving on highway and parking break light flashed on - break was not on. Tried to turn off and couldn't - car still driving. Then all these alerts started coming up "break failure", "no AWD" "Break failure cannot accelerate past certain speed". I tried to pull over the stop the car and no breaks would work including parking break. Eventually rolled to a stop without hitting anything. Car under warranty with 11,000 miles, called dealership who had lack of concern for urgency of the issue. This put not only myself and child but also many other drivers on the highway during rush hour. Very concerning and lack of response from dealership even more concerning.

Complete and total failure of the telematics module resulting in loss of self driving, onstar, WiFi, gps, and all connected services. Severe battery drain due to module forcing the vehicle to completely shut down while driving, resulting in loss of power steering and brakes.

The contact owns a 2025 Chevrolet Blazer. The contact stated that a GM inspector had inspected the vehicle due to phantom braking. The contact stated that while her husband was driving approximately 35 MPH, with her daughter in the front passenger’s seat and the contact seated in the rear seat, the brakes independently engaged, and the vehicle came to an abrupt stop. The failure had occurred three times. The contact had undergone cervical spine surgery six months before the failure, and the failure caused the injury to return. The contact's husband reviewed the Owner's Manual and discovered that the vehicle was equipped with the Automatic Emergency Braking (AEB) system and associated the failure with the AEB feature. The manufacturer was notified of the issue, and a GM inspector inspected

The contact owns a 2025 Chevrolet Blazer. The contact stated that the Forward Collision Avoidance system had erroneously activated on several occasions. While driving very slowly, the braking system suddenly activated while leaving a dealer. Additionally, while driving approximately 30 MPH, the braking system erroneously activated, causing the vehicle to abruptly stop. The automatic braking system was turned off, and the vehicle was later driven to the local dealer. The local dealer was unable to determine the cause of the failure and advised to deactivate the Collision Avoidance System. The contact sustained a neck injury during the failure while seated in the driver’s side rear seat. Medical attention was required. The failure mileage was 7,000.

I was going to park in a parking lot, when my car suddenly accelerated rapidly crashing into the building.

Found wet cup holder. Vehicle does not have a sun roof. GM is aware of this issue from the factory GM plant in Ramos Arizpe, Mexico. This defect is because of lack of not being sealed properly during the assembly process. The windshield has a factory OEM rubber seal attached to a NEW windshield. This rubber seal is NOT a part that can be purchased separately to fix the problem. By replacing the entire windshield with the new factory rubber seal and the channel that the entire windshield fits into is resealed with urethane should fix the issue.. The visibity in sunlight is dangerously impaired with the reflection of the dashboard on the windshield . Hard to see and really distracting while driving .

I was driving on a rainy day, and noticed my windshield wipers were not working. I tried adjusting wiper speed and even the spray function, which sprayed but did not wipe. At this point I had driven over a mile and had to pull over because visibility through the windshield had gotten so bad. I restarted the car and the wipers functioned normally again. There were no warning lights of any kind or software notifications, and the wipers had worked previously that day.

Driving home about 25 mph, front passenger tire blew. Put donut spare on,. Took to Dealer next morning. front control arm bushing torn out of control. This is dangerous and should not have happened.
