Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, I began experiencing intermittent electrical and driver assistance system malfunctions. These issues included warning messages, unexpected system behavior, and periods where multiple advanced driver assistance features were unavailable or disabled. The problem first occurred around April 4, 2025, at approximately 665 miles. Since then, the issue has occurred intermittently and has been difficult to predict or reliably reproduce. I brought the vehicle to an authorized dealer multiple times for warranty repair. On at least one visit, the dealer was unable to duplicate the concern. On subsequent visits, the dealer performed warranty-related diagnostics and repairs; however, the original issues have not been clearly confirmed as resolved. At times, the

Check engine light is on and off for the past month. The day before I took it to the dealer the light went off. I went into my vehicle appointment, and the check engine light was off and there were old codes for the fuel temperature. He reset the codes, and the engine light went off. I drove off and obtained fuel the next day and when I filled the tank, the check engine light went back on again. On December 21st, 2025 I drove it to an AutoZone for the free engine code diagnostic tool/test. The code that presents itself is "Fuel Temperature Sensor B Circuit Intermittent". This is the second issue with the vehicles electrical system. The first was two weeks after I bought the vehicle in March 2025 the vehicle would not start. Come to find out, the electronic shifter was wired wrong from the

The vehicle was taken to the same local dealer on various occasions. The battery and other unknown parts were replaced; however, the failure persisted. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 2,000.

The first major problem was when the truck just didn't start 11/25/2025. The truck was towed to the dealership. The dealership said it was a bad electrical fuse and I picked up the truck. There were no warning lights on before the brake failure. Last week, 12/18/2025 my brakes failed while I was driving my son home from school; thankfully we were in our development and going very slow so we weren't harmed. I was driving like I normally do, and went to brake, and the brakes weren't working, the pedal was to the floor. There was just no resistance with the brakes at that time. All the warning lights in the truck were flashing. After we rolled to a stop in the grass, I turned the truck off. I tried to turn it back on but it wouldn't go on. I waited a few mintues and tried again and it turned

All issues have been reported and duplicated by the dealer. 1. Upon hard acceleration, vehicle dash flashes service 4 wheel drive and all lights surrounding the shifting knob flash. In one instance, it locked into 4 wheel (high) and was difficult to steer. Cleared upon restart. 2. Backup camera went totally to blue screen, no camera. 3. Instrument panel went dark when driving, no speedometer or other information on panel. 4. Front and rear end collision warning lamp indicates off, but never manually disengaged. 5. Other warning lights on periodically for no reason. 6. Since most of these items clear upon restarting the vehicle, it's often difficult to get to the dealer for inspection. They have, however, witnessed most of these incidents and in some cases have reproduced them when

Despite multiple repair attempts, the vehicle continues to experience significant, recurring issues that substantially impair its use, value, and safety. Since purchase in April from Hebert’s Town and Country, the vehicle has been in service nine (9) times, totaling approximately 50 days out of service. The last four service visits were for the same issue and the same diagnostic fault code, demonstrating a persistent, unresolved defect. The check engine light is currently illuminated again. The primary unresolved issues include: recurring check engine light with repeated fault codes, multiple battery replacements, the vehicle being completely inoperable and requiring towing, and the auto start/stop system shutting the vehicle off and failing to restart while stopped in traffic. These condi

Parking sensor failed when pulling in parking spot and didn’t alert driver of concrete light pole that was approaching vehicle.

12/08/2025 ODI #11703839.0

Blind Spot Alert has no volume setting. It is either on or off. It is extremely loud to the point it will startle the driver and occupants. While in motion in left turn lane it will detect vehicles in opposing lanes and sound. When making turns, it will detect my trailer and sound. It will detect utility poles and sound. The over detecting wouldn't be such a problem, but it is probably four times volume needed for the alert. Front collision, rear collision both have volume settings and "Low" has plenty of volume. Most people complaining on the forums simply turn off the audio alert due to no volume setting and rely only on the light. The volume is so loud it defeats the purpose of the audio alert when the only option is to turn it off. Please require RAM to fix this problem.

I purchased this RAM 1500 Big Horn Edition truck new on 12/23/24. The backup camera display has randomly failed 14 times only showing a blue screen. I have been able to clear the error by turning the vehicle off and back on except for two occasions (see*). There was not any resolution by the dealership on November 10, 2025, as they could not replicate the issue. The dates of this failure are: 1/22/2025, 1/24/2025, 2/6/2025, 3/9/2025, 3/12/2025, 5/8/2025, 5/18/2025, 5/25/2025*, 5/25/2025*, 9/24/2025, 9/28/2025*, 9/28/2025*, 10/23/2025, 10/23/2025. I'm aware of a recent recall (NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID Number: 25V826000) involving this truck and I suspect this critical backup screen failure is associated with the new recall. I have 14 images of the blue screen and will upload 5 photos for your revi

About 3 times already the vehicle have stalled after been stop at a traffic light. When I lift my foot from the brake pedal and hit the gas the vehicle does not move. I had to hit the brakes and put it in park and then drive again for it to go. The last time yesterday I was on a hill and the vehicle went back when I tried to hit the gas. I took it to the dealer on Nov 19, and they kept it for four days and did not repair it.

While driving my 2025 Ram RHO on the freeway I experienced a sudden steering malfunction resulting in loss of normal steering assist and abnormal steering response. The steering became stiff and difficult to turn and maintain control. This occurred without warning. The failure creates a serious safety risk. Particularly at highway speeds, as it requires excessive force to steer and could result in loss of vehicle contol, collission, rollover. the vehicle has been at the dealership now for 40+ days awaiting repair. the dealer diagnosed the issue as a steering system failure but required parts are on national back order with NO estimated delivery date The vehicle is currently undrivable and unsafe to operate. Headlights flicker off and then back on at random times while driving. I've been unable to reproduce the issue on command in any way. No warning lamps or anything by the truck. The first couple times while driving at night I thought it was my eyes because it happened when I was looking away like when turning around a neighborhood corner and checking for traffic. Now, I've noticed it happening while driving straight and looking out the windshield. It's a very brief flicker, but it's definitely the headlights shutting off and turning back on again. The issue has not been reported to the dealer yet. The truck is brand new and is experiencing other electrical blips at only 800 miles total. I will be stopping at a local dealer ASAP.

Unable to smoothly and safely accelerate from a stop. If you apply the lightest possible touch to the throttle the vehicle will surge and have a shuttering feeling, not smooth or linear, once pressed slightly further the truck accelerates in an unsafe fashion both forward and reverse . Hooking up a trailer is very dangerous as are all maneuvers when pulling away from a stop.
