Contacted mult dealerships in my area and surrounding with no solution (no parts in house or the ability to receive parts) one year ago. My last attempt was a couple of months ago with the same concern. Contacted the recall safety hotline. The agent called around to assist without solution. I was added to multiple waiting list with out any follow up by mail or phone. I received mult recall notices as late as last week. I was advised a year ago not to drive my care thus sitting in the garage. I then strongly requested a complimentary oil change and wheel repair (flat tire due to sitting for one year) which was granted. I need these recalls to be completed r25 and ss43 rectified so that I can use my care. My car has never been inspected once for this matter in one year since receiving notifi

A couple months back the engine shut down going down the road, computer checked showing the heat sensor went bad ,had it replaced and also installed a new thermostat just in case. Yesterday 12/6 2018 took the car out and went to the outlets roughly 25 miles away car ran great . Stop for gas on the way back a mile from home, left the station went a 1/4 mile the car shut down again, started right back up went another 1/2 mile and it shut down again, started right back up and went 1/4 mile to the house. Had my son in law who is a mechanic do a computer check and nothing shows up. Car has 38777 miles on it and garage kept, little dangerous since u loose the steering and brakes when it shuts down, fortunately for me I had a place to pull over to get off the highway. Checking with the dealership
I have a 2005 Chrysler 300c hemi. Three months ago, I put unleaded 87 octane gasoline in the tank. I drove a few blocks and the engine stopped suddenly in mid-drive. I had a difficult time restarting the car and when I did, it took a few seconds before it would engage in gear. I took the car to the dealership to check, and they advised me that the engine computers have to reajust to the lower octane. Since that time, I have only put mid-octane (89 octane). Whenever I allow the tank to be lower than a quarter of a tank and I refill with 89 it still stalls in mid-drive and hard to start with the transmission not engaging immediately. I am concerned that the car will stall in the middle of an intersection which could lead to serious injury or death. *jb
Takata recall , so I take care of my Chrysler 300c 5.7 very well I always check the fluids on the coolent and oil and change my oil when its needed. I was running out of gas on the freeway barely making it to the gas station and I filled up my gas tank, when I tried to starting my car it didnt start. My car just hesitated and I thought my battery was going out but it was a brand new one and my fuel pump was changed a few months prior. Also I took my car to get serviced a week prior too at my local pepboys and changed the oil pressure sensor at least thats what they told me what it was. So my car started in the gas station parkinglot and white smoke came out of my exhaust and my car just turned off on me. My car is sitting now collecting dust because it dropped a valve due to the 2005 5.7 h

Once getting off the interstate and turning onto a frontage road, driving 35 MPH my car lost power and stalled. I pulled onto the side of the road, turned my car off, and it turned back on. However, this problem has been occurring off and on since august 2013 (7-8xs). It most commonly stalls after filling up with gas. The steering wheel will often times become locked when trying to make a turn when the car stalls. The esp/bas light, check engine light, and a red light with a lightening bolt with vertical lines on each side of it (symbol not in Chrysler manual) all turn on when the car stalls. The car stalls 3-4xs before making it to the destination. I have brought my car in to an automotive repair shop 3xs and leave without any explanation of the current problem. *tr

The car will stall after a fillip, even when the tank is not over filled. This has placed me in several dangerous situations, where I am stranded on busy roads. This appears to be a know defect in many Chrysler cars and vans. *tr
