THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED, LOCKED AND UNATTENDED IN A PARKING LOT. SURVEILLANCE VIDEO SHOWS FLASHES COMING FROM UNDERNEATH THE HOOD FAIRLY CENTRALLY LOCATED WHERE IT HINGES WITH THE VEHICLE.
