Noticed a loud noise from rear of vehicle while driving. The greater the speed the louder the noise. Dealer inspection confirmed rear differential failing and needs replacement. Vehicle has 38,000 miles and still has the original factory tires. Rear differential failing before original tires are wore out! Potential total failure of rear differential during operation a real safety concern.

When driving feels like the car get in to neutral suddenly the revolutions get all the way up and the car does not advace, does not run normal until I do manually change gears.
