I have tried to get my vehicles in for their recalls however the dealership can never get the vehicles done in a reasonable time frame. I can make an appointment and have everything set up for a 30 minute fix and as soon as the car gets there it's well we will need to keep it for 48 hours before we can work on it. My other vehicle is a takata recall and it's been on a waiting list for over a year to came in.

I'm not sure where this falls under since I never experienced this issue until this past sunday. My hatch/trunk area opened one minute and when I attempted to open it again it did not open. There is no way to open it and there is no emergency latch, switch or anything to open it from the inside. I feel this is a major safety issue. Any advice will be appreciated.

While driving the car on a busy road it suddenly lost power and died while driving it, had it towed to a dealership and it was discovered that the fuel pump fuse had blown, the car is only 1yr old. The second time we were driving down a busy high way and the same thing happened this time it was determined that the fuel pump was bad the dealer replaced it, there have been a multitude of problems with this vehicle from the ac not coming on to the radio/nav screen not coming on when the car is started. Brake problems seems to be the next thing that is rough on this vehicle. *tr

Heater core has to be replaced! I have no heat coming out of the passenger side vents! Will cost over$1300.00
The 4 cylinder engine on my 2012 Dodge journey developed an engine coolant leak. Trouble shooting found the leak to be related to deterioration of a plastic part inside the engine...Dodge part# 68003582...adapter c. The car was standing when the problem was diagnosed. If I had not had the part replaced a catastrophic engine coolant leak could have occurred while the car was being driven, leading to a full loss of coolant, overheating of the engine and seizing of the engine. I talked with Dodge customer service and they acknowledged awareness of the problem.the car has 89,000 miles. I consider this to be a serious safety problem.
Engine shut down while entering highway but all lights still work, I was barley able to coast to side. Electronic throttle control is the issue according to my dash symbols. I have looked online and see lots of these problems. This has now happened 3 time in 2 days. When I try to restart I get the etc error symbol on my dash, car just keeps trying to turn over but cannot. I have been able to start the engine usually after 15 min of sitting. I have not went to the dealer yet. I was hoping to find a recall since my warranty was only for 36000 miles. *tr

While approaching a stop light vehicle stutters like the transmission is slipping. While waiting at light the vehicle engine died. This continued for several times intermittently. No warning lights no warning. Except transmission stutter. Called dealer about issue, they told us if they can't reproduce issue nothing they can do to fix. So I called Chrysler customer service. They asked us what we wanted them to do? I told them I wanted this car fixed. So they recommend of course bring it to dealer. And we decide to bring back to dealer. In the time before bringing into dealer vehicle has died over a dozen times. In traffic main highway. And no matter if it was a warm engine. Cold engine. Just dies whenever it wants. Also before we got this into shop. Stereo started changing channels on its
