The ABS, traction control, brake assist and stabilititrak warning lights come on intermittently while driving. A grinding noise can be heard coming from the front-left wheel. This usually occurs while accelerating from a dead stop or making left turns from a dead stop. I have gotten both hubs replaced and it still is happening. *tr
When accelerating from a stop while turning left, ABS engages and brakes left front wheel creating a very dangerous situation stopping the car in intersections without warning. Service stabilitrak, service ABS and service brake assist messages also appear on dashboard message center. All warning lights reset when vehicle is turned off, until a left turn is made while accelerating again, and the above issues occur again.
While on the freeway the service stability traction light came on and I begin to loose power I tried pushing the off button after a few miles it went back to normal and the next day it happened again so I pulled to the side of the road and turned the car off hoping to reset it but the car would not start back up. I've had my starter checked, my battery, my alternator all those came out fine but the car won't start and the mechanics are saying they haven't seen anything like this before that the traction system will keep the car from starting. Also prior to this I would hear a throotling sound as well to me it sounded like a tire was loose so k even had that checked but I believe it's connected to this traction light that came own before the car was turned off.
While drving at any speed the stability control system activated resulting in reduced power, left side noise from wheel and rumbling in the brake pedal. Took it to my local Chevy shop and paid over 500 dollars to replace "gyro". Couple of weeks later had the same problem. Returned to the dealership and was told that my alternator was bad. Had it checked out and the alternator has no problems or codes when it was checked. The only codes that shows point to the stability control system!!!. Fustrated with Chevy do to lack of concern. Considering the lemon law as a means of fixing the problem. This is my last Chevy product!!!!!!
Takata recall- faulty ac flap. Causes the ac to make loud popping noise and drains energy from the battery.
The service stabilitrak/ABS/brake control lights turn on and off incessantly regardless of whether I'm moving, turning, breaking, etc. It's seemingly completely random. Every ime they do, the car dings, making the ride unbearable ("ding, ding, ding...ding, ding, ding" ad naseum). This happened before and I had the vehicle serviced under warranty, a little over 1.5 years ago. It's now happening again. Countless reports on forums indicate that it's a very common issue with the wiring harness going to the hub assembly. Gm should recall this. It's distracting, unsafe, and seemingly unfixable in the long term. This will be the second time I've fixed this in less than 50,000 miles driven.
My stability and traction control is defective cause the car to go in traction mode while driving. I purchased the car in july and have been having this problem every since back and forth to the dealership. Read several reports with this particular problem with this car. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 Chevrolet impala. The contact stated that when depressing the accelerator pedal, there was an abnormal noise and the vehicle hesitated to accelerate. In addition, an unknown warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 54,000.
Able to shift gear positions but the indicated shift position does not represent the gear position the vehicle is in. When I stop and park the vehicle, I am able to shift the lever to the "park" position, but the vehicle is not actually in park position. I currently have the emergency break on. Vehicle will not stay in park when gear is in park position. The lightest touch will knock gear shift into reverse and car rolls away.

"takata recall" my vehicle ignition switch has went out and my " service air bag " light has came on as well. I searched my VIN number on this site and "0 recalls" shows up as a result. However its hard to believe that the exact same problems that was once recalled are both in tact on my vehicle. In addition to, I recently searched "ignition switch recall" on the recall list and "Chevy impala 2013 " came up as result and that is currently the vehicle im driving and that is the problem im having. I reached out the dealership and they informed said my vehicle isn't listed for recalls however like stated before I have that same vehicle with the same problem and nothing can be done. To add more information dealership even informed that the recall has expired but the problem had just begun.
Right side no longer gets heat and actuator has gone bad car ticks the passenger airbag light does not show on the seat belt indicator for passenger does not go out

Stabilitrack and traction control will randomly fail while backing and driving. Especially with right hand steering input. Many times while driving and turing right, stanilitrack and traction control will alert failure and the input from the accelerator will cease causing slow tiring leading to near miss traffic collisions. Chevy can not find problem and numerous online reports of the same issue. On going issue.
Tl* the contact owns a 2013 Chevrolet impala. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 15 MPH, the stability control warning light illuminated intermittently. In addition, the steering wheel vibrated causing the contact to lose control of the vehicle. On another occasion, the vehicle could not be shifted out of gear and the service brake warning light illuminated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was 7,500.

I work in a tire shop and in the past two weeks I have had two 2013 impala lt's come in with partially separated tires. Both were goodyear eagle ls2's, same size, and same DOT number. Separation was identical on both vehicles.customers reported that their tire had a slow leak in both cases. Upon checking the tire I noticed both tires had uneven wear and were separated on the shoulder. Tires were both replaced as a result of the partial separation. *tr

"takata recall" when I turn my wheel to the left and proceed to drive . The traction control light comes on and I hear a rubbing noise. I have had it looked at and they don't believe the wheel hub or bearings is bad. I have noticed other impala owners are having the same issue. My vehicle is 78,000 miles and my bumper to bumper warranty has expired. I feel that this should be fixed by Chevrolet by a recall. Asap I am needing to drive across the country of round trip miles of 4,000. Very scared to drive my car , afraid that it is the bearing and will lock up on me on the freeway. Please take immediate attention to this problem. *tr

Passenger side low beam headlights goes out every two weeks. I have had everything done still stop working. Also ABS system continues to light up and brakes act up .
cruise control 1 complaint shown
Bought my 2013 impala used but around 25000 miles started getting issues with turning left and accelerating. The traction control will engage and cause the car to hesitate. Big issue when trying to cross in front of oncoming traffic. Had into the dealer many times but they do not seem to know what the issue is. Twice I have had all the lights go off and power reduced while on the interstate. They have replaced the computer twice for that one. This might be my last Chevy. 3/36 warranty is a joke anymore!
