I WAS MAKING A LEFT HAND TURN ON A 4 LANE CITY STREET AND HIT A POT HOLE AFTER HITTING THE POT HOLE MY STEERING WHEEL BEGAN TO SHAKE. I PULLED INTO A PARKING LOT AND NOTICED MY FRONT PASSENGER TIRE WAS BOWED OUT AND THE CAR COULD NO LONGER BE DRIVEN. AFTER HAVING A TOW TRUCK COME TO THE SCENE I WAS TOLD THE STEERING KNUCKLE HAD BROKEN IN HALF AND THE WHEEL ALMOST COMPLETELY DETACHED.
