TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FAILED TO ILLUMINATE AND WOULD NOT DISPLAY THE TRANSMISSION GEAR SHIFTER POSITION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 31,500.

Doing cold weather, the driver side door locks has frozen on several occasions causing the latch to become inoperable to latch.
