If this type of distortion is found, inspect the area of the glass that is covered by the cowl and/or molding. The portion of glass that is covered by the cowl or molding will not be affected by the acid. Hydrofluoric acid damage is not a defect in material or workmanship and is not a warrantable condition.

When reverse gear is selected: The rear backup camera stop providing rear view. It sometime is a blank screen or reports rear camera is not available. With out the camera working as designed reverse collisions may not be avoided. I did contact the local ford dealer and they advised it was not a warranty issue. No other warning lights display.
