I have taken my vehicle to Ford. Called Ford as well. And when at a stop, and while in drive, my car will lunge/ jerk and if my car was behind a vehicle too close could hit it. I also believe that If a person were in front of the vehicle it could lunge forward into them. I see in google that many 2019 mustang owners have reports this as well. This jerk/ lunge has happened a hand full of times. Two Ford dealerships and ford.com have advised they do not have reports from consumers on this.

The contact owns a 2019 Ford Mustang. The contact stated while driving or while the vehicle was parked, the vehicle was leaking coolant. The contact stated that while washing the vehicle, the contact became aware that coolant was leaking from the engine compartment. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the coolant pipe needed to be replaced. The approximate failure mileage was 16,600.
Have a 2019 Ford Mustang 2DR 2.3L Ecoboost with 59,500 miles which I took to the dealership with a code P0302 and P0304 present, cylinder misfire, observed coolant level low, performed borescope in cylinder 2 and 4, found coolant intrusion, recommend long block engine replacement which would have cost me $10,728.85. Concern is that the engine can stall suddenly and may cause an accident. Ford Motor Company knows about these kind of engine issues with Ecoboost engines and have not offer any reasonable solutions. Vehicle VIN is the following: [XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
Ford's 2.3L EcoBoost engine defect that causes coolant to leak into the cylinders, leading to engine failures and potential fire risks.
Blown Head Gasket @ 86,000 miles due to Block defect. Now I have to either pay to replace the Head Gasket with the expectation that it will fail again due to the block defect, or replace the whole defective block.
My 2019 Ford Mustang Shelby GT350 was driving fine until all of a sudden I got a check engine light on the dash. The vehicle was not as responsive as usual and was shaking a little bit at idle. I shut the car off and then had it towed to the Ford dealership for further analysis. After inspection at a dealership it was identified, that my engine had failed. Cylinder 8 would not hold compression and had cracked the engine block. This failure can cause complete engine failure and can be a risk to the driver, passengers and anyone else in traffic.
Purchased just 2 months ago from ford dealer, after 1 week noticed shimming of engine on cold start, next incident overheat warning, filled with radiator fluid, noticed slow lowering of fluid level, next day car would not start at all. Towed to mechanic in which they report blown head gasket and all 4 cylinders damaged. After searching this site I found others had same complaint but no recalls. Evidently there is a lawsuit, how do I participate so I can get my beautiful car repaired ASAP?

The backup camera often is not available, or the screen is badly distorted, cuts in and out, or image looks like ghost. There was a recall for 2015 to 2018 Mustang, but my 2019 Mustang EcoBoost Convertible Premium does the exact same thing as the 2015 to 2018 Mustang. I took it to the dealer for repairs, and was told that it is not covered by the recall. I tried to fix the problem myself, but it still happens at times.

On 11/27/21 I was driving my 2019 mustang GT convertible with approx 15,000 miles. While going around a curve (not at an excessive speed) on dry pavement, the car became uncontrollable and began to spin out. As much as I tried to brake and steer into the slide, the car became more and more uncontrollable and felt as though it were speeding up. I only came to a stop after slamming into a tree and rolling over to the other side of the road. Vehicle is a total loss. I was lucky and only suffered minor injuries, but it very easily could have been much worse. The police and paramedics who arrived at the scene were expecting a fatality or severe injuries. In the end I was ticketed for failure to reduce speed. I'm losing my mind explaining to the police and insurance that the car sped up
Electronic power steering makes a grinding noise at low speed when turning steering wheel. The noise is getting progressively louder.

On october 20, 2020 I was driving my 2019 Ford mustang 5.0 gt to work. As I was driving down the highway, I began to smell a burning plastic odor. It got stronger so I pulled my car over on the shoulder to inspect it. I got out and got down on my knees to check around my steering column, under my dash and driver seat but saw nothing however the odor of burning plastic got stronger. I went around to the passenger side and did the same inspection as I did on the drivers side. As I was doing this, I looked up and saw smoke coming from up under my driver's seat. I ran around to the driver's side and fire was coming up from under the seat and shooting up the back of my driver's seat. I grabbed my purse and work booklet, grabbed my phone and dialed 911. The inside of my car was completely engul
When placing the car in reverse the backup works sometimes and most times it does not. Similar to other Ford vehicles currently under recall. I am of the belief this recall should be expanded to include additional years and models.
