The driver display and the infotainment system of the Honda pilot continuously goes blank and not sure what other effects it has on the vehicle as the drive is unable to see the speed they are driving or if anything else is working in the vehicle. This is a safety hazard especially when using speed control or other devices. This happens in motion, on highways, city streets, and stationary. First the infotainment system does blank and the driver settings,

Honda had issued a recall on the MOST coax cable in 2023 or 2024. As I had issues with mine, and my vehicle was part of the recall, I had it repaired in 2024. For the last 3 months, the issue has started again. When the MOST network fails, the entire infotainment system goes offline. This includes the reverse camera. I have contacted Honda, and they stated they will not correct ongoing issues with the system.
The dashboard has a popping/cracking noise all the time like electric short when listening to music or radio it sounds like a scatch cd all the time or if the stereo its off still does it I have take it to the dealer four times they said they know about the problem but are waiting on Honda for the next step but there are a lot of cars affected with the same problem I hope they do a recalled to fix this
Car has failed to restart multiple times after the idle mode feature kicks in when coming to a complete stop. Emergency lights also do not function when this occurs making this very dangerous, especially at night. It can take several minutes before the car starts. Car was looked at by the dealership where they could not replicate it. I disable this feature now when driving. The car has failed to start now on a few occasions and sometimes will only start in accessory mode.
The following occur on a daily basis: radio crackles and pops. The radio display goes blank and will not work for several minutes to hours. The following occur sporadically: the instrument panel (including speedometer) goes blank while driving. The radio and rear view camera switch back and forth repeatedly (I have video). Multiple messages pop up when the radio isn't working. The fan speed button can trigger the radio settings. The front heater display goes blank. This occurred once: I was driving up a very small incline on a dry road at 25 MPH when the vehicle acted like it could go. The vsa indicator light began flashing. I had to stop, put the car in park, stop the engine and then restart the engine. I'm not sure if that is electrical or an engine problem. I've tried to nar
When stopped at a light, the auto engine idle stop/start did not re-engage after taking my foot off the brake. It took the car a few seconds to turn back on and be able to accelerate. This could happen in the middle of an intersection and cause accidents. This happened a second time today and the LKAS system was alerting that maintenance is needed.

The infotainment system malfunctions and back-up camera doesn't work. The entire system concerning the safety features doesn't work when the infotainment system malfunctions. We have taken our car to have the issue repaired multiple times, but nothing the dealership has done has provided a permanent fix. This happens sporadically whether the car is stationary or in movement. This has been ongoing since we purchased the car in january 2019.
Vehicle was turned off and in park and it rolled backwards down the driveway.
Dashboard warning "Emissions System Problem". Trouble code - P0430 / Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold Bank 2. Brought it in to the dealer, and required the fuel injection to be replaced. There is recall for model year 2016-2019 Honda Pilot V6, but was told by the dealer this car was not part of the recall based on the VIN#. Fuel Pump was having problem, and replaced under recall on 09/28/2023 (54K miles).
I bought a used 2019 Honda pilot touring AWD from gillman Honda in fort bend, tx in the summer of 2020 and as of the last 2 months have experienced issues with the infotainment system where the screen goes completely black while driving. I get an error message saying that network has been lost and eventually the system reboots over time by itself. There is a class action lawsuit going on with this as a known issue for many owners and none of that was shared prior to buying the vehicle.
The braking system failed Lane keeping assist stopped working Adaptive cruise control stopped working Forward collision warning stopped working It does not handle as smoothly since the sensors stopped working I parked in the shade I keep the sensors clean but they only will work when it’s cooler then 65 degrees outside

On [XXX] we were driving on [XXX] in Nashville and experiencing a sudden loss of power and the check engine light started flashing. Thankfully we were able to exit the interstate without incident and there was a mechanic shop near the exit. He found brass flakes in the oil filter and told us that it was likely a bearing failure. We then had the vehicle towed back to the Honda dealership in Louisville KY where we purchased it new. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6)
Experiencing Judder/hesitation when car reaches a speed where it has to shift from first to second gear and from second to third gear. Sometimes it feels more like a jerk. Issue mostly occurs after the car has warmed up, so after around 3-4 miles of driving the car. Second issue was RPM fluctuation when car is at steady acceleration. Judder issue first occurred back in June 2022 when the car has ~63000 miles. It started with a sudden jerk, felt like someone hit the car from behind, this happens when the car is trying to shift from 1 to 2 and 2 to 3. Issue was very intermittent at that time and restart of car would make it go away. But issue will come back every few weeks. Issue increased around ~68,762 miles, so took the car to my local auto repair shop on 8/31/2023. The shop perform
Unknown….vehicle slips at certain speeds and repeatedly does so on a trip. If the engine is turned off, this may reset and slippage goes away temporarily. This issue has been brought to the dealers attention on multiple occasions over the past 2 years, but they have been unable to reproduce except on the most recent visit. Occurrence is more frequent now. Wondering why this vehicle is not included with the recall with similar make and model for the same year for torque converter?
I was coming to a stop at a red light and the car shut off . It flashed a transmission issue and emissions issue on the dash. I tried to restart and it would start but not move or let me shift into gear leaving me stranded in the middle of a busy road. It took for an officer to remove my battery cable and then reconnect for me to be able to move the vehicle out of the road and into a parking lot. I had the car towed to the nearest Honda dealership where they saw the messages on the dash. While they test drove it all errors went away and they can’t locate an issue.

In October 23, 2023, The Honda Pilot Touring 2019 activated the alarm system alone. When I attempted to stop the alarm the unit did not stop and start blinking. It displayed the codes keyless start system problems and auto engine idle system problem. The unit drained the battery. It was replaced by a new one and it showed the problem again in October 24, 2023. The unit turned ON alone the alarm, control panel motor fans and I was unable to turned Off the unit. The only way to turned Off the unit was disconnecting from batery. On October 24, 2023, the car was sent to the Honda dealer and the diagnostic was problem with the control module part 38320TG7A91. Experiencing what I believe to be a low idle misfire around the 1200 to 2000 rpm’s. I don’t know whether this will lead to an engine failure at a crucial time in traffic. I have 50k miles and this has been reoccurring since 35k miles. Blogs has suggested that this is a common problem with this model.

My 2019 Honda randomly brakes while I'm driving almost causing someone to rear end me, and other times almost causing me to be in accidents. In addition, at 19k miles my transmission went out (started catching, making a grinding noise) while I was driving on the interstate and caused the vehicle to decelerate. I pulled off the road turned the vehicle off, once restarted it decelerated and the transmission light, emissions light and blind spot light came on the dash board.
