Windshield on 2021 Palisade cracks easily i had two cracks developed within 3 days of each other. Cracks easily developed into a 2 feet crack
While driving down the highway a truck in front of me slings a rock into my windshield. Watched this small crack run all the way across my windshield shortly after. These windshields are too fragile. I have never experienced this with any other vehicle I have owned.

Across the 12 complaints that reported odometer mileage, most visibility failures cluster between 2,400 and 65,000 miles, with the median around 4,000. A quarter of owners report trouble before 2,400; a quarter make it past 65,000. Maintenance history matters more than the odometer alone — this is the reported failure window, not a guarantee.
Independent shops typically charge around $350 for visibility repairs on this vehicle. Dealer pricing tends to run 20-40% higher. The exact figure depends on the specific failure mode, parts availability, and your local labor rates. If you're outside factory warranty, an extended service contract often covers this category.
