During moderate to heavy rain when the windshield wipers are on constant low speed or high speed they will operate normally for 60 to 90 seconds then go into an intermittent wiping mode. This cause very poor visibility increasing the chance for an accident. I have taken the vehicle to the dealership (Newberg Ford in Newberg Oregon) for warranty repair and was advised this is normal operation. The dealership staff provided me with Ford Technical Service Bulletin SSM 50692 and said there was nothing they could do. The bulletin states that the wiper speed could be reduced if the windshield is dry or obstructed to prevent damage to the wiper motor. I continue to have the wipers reduce speed on a WET windshield with no obstructions. I have video to demonstrate this.

Unknown- t he wipers on the bronco do not stay at the correct speeds for severe rain or snow. If I have them on high they work for a bit and then start to slow down and make it hard to see so I have to turn them off and on again to keep the speed at a pace where I have visibility.
The wipers will slow down when operating at low, high, or intermittent. Ford claims these are "Smart Wipers" I believe there is an issue that requires a feature correction or re-flash of the related program to correct. I have to continually adjust the wiper control knob to re-set the wipers to the proper speed.
Wiper blades slow down or stop working when raining. Have to constantly adjust the wiper control. Only have 500 miles on the car
If windshield wipers are placed in normal or fast mode they start out fine, then get slower and slower until they stop completely. I needed to toggle between normal and fast just to keep them working. (I verified I’m NOT in interment mode).
When the windshield wipers are set to normal operation (not intermittent), the wipers would slow down and sometimes stop completely after a few wipes. There is no a automatic wiper mode. This is a safety defect on a new car. The wipers would stop during heavy rain. It does not matter if the vehicle is moving or not.
The windshield wiper will not stay on continuously. It malfunctions every time I have it on continuous low or high speed. I was driving in heavy rain with the windshield wiper on high continuous speed. After about 30 seconds it goes into intermittent mode, only cleaning the windshield every 3-4 seconds or so. It makes driving very difficult in the rain and dangerous as I cannot see the road. Same thing happens on the regular continuous speed setting. It is reproducible every time I use the wipers rain or shine. I checked on the Ford Bronco Forum website, and it is a common complaint.

The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that while his wife was driving approximately 55 MPH, the electronic traction control failed causing the vehicle to become unstable and difficult to steer or control. Additionally, the braking system had malfunctioned, and the brake pedal was firm while depressed, and the driver was unable to immediately stop the vehicle. The driver was able to steer the vehicle from the middle lane to the shoulder and used the parking brake to slow the vehicle to an eventual stop. The vehicle was later towed to the local dealer. The cause of the failure was not yet determined. During the failure, the driver’s side rear axle and the rear driver’s side wheel studs and aftermarket lug nuts were damaged and needed to be replaced. The vehicle was repaired
We were returning home from a trip. We pulled into a gas station to get gas. As we pulled up to the gas pump, we smelled smoke and then saw smoke and fire. We immediately turned the Bronco off and jumped out. Shortly after, the whole engine compartment area was on fire. Luckily, there was a tow truck in the parking lot and was able to drag it away from the gas pumps. I had gotten an oil change prior to our trip. There were no warning signals, lights, or indication of temperature or oil problems. I had intermittently smelled gas while driving during our trip, but my wife said she did not smell gas on the passenger side.
There is an open recall on my vehicle for possible poor adhesion between the windshield and body (violation of federal motor vehicle safety standard FMVSS 212). I took my vehicle to a Ford dealership on 12/5/22 for this repair, as well as the repair other minor issues. I received a call on 12/7/22 from the dealership to inform me that they would not perform the recall fix due to the fact that my windshield has a crack across the middle and could possibly break during the removal. They said that I need to have the windshield replaced at my own cost, then bring it back in so that they can remove the new windshield and perform the recall fix. Nothing in the recall notification says that the windshield must be in "like new" condition in order to be eligible for the repair.
The vehicle started leaking fuel from under the passenger front fender. We were able to get the vehicle off of the highway. When I opened the hood it appeared that the leak was coming from the top area of the engine. The vehicle was towed to a Ford dealership and we are waiting for the reason it was leaking. This vehicle is a bit over 6 months old and has less than a thousand miles on it. I am aware that Ford has a recall on the Bronco Sport model but mine is a regular Bronco with the 2.7 liter engine. There were no warning lights or buzzers prior to this incident.
Inside above the rear seats is a metal bar and it’s invaded with plastic. At first the plastic where the screw is at cracked all around the bar in 2 places. Now the plastic is completely off of the bar . Ford is saying it’s normal wear and tear and it’s NOT…

Battery charge, over heated, failed power train, and failed 4x4 happened all within seconds of each other. We were on a 2 lane hwy where there was very little room to pull off the main road. It was Christmas Eve and we were about 60 miles from home. We had to pay around $400 dollars to have it towed home and it was freezing outside while we waited.
2022 Ford Bronco that I've owned for about 2-3 weeks. Started it up and went to drive off this morning, and I received a '"Check 4x4" error, followed by "Service Vehicle Soon". This ultimately has locked the vehicle into 4WD-High and makes it not only more difficult to drive, but is also prematurely wearing tires as it's driven and adding a lot of unnecessary stress to the vehicle as corners are taken. I've taken it to the local Ford dealership, where they weren't able to pull any useful codes or information for a quick fix unfortunately. As I've researched into this further, this sounds like a frequently occurring issue; wherein a problem with an axle solenoid or a powertrain control module seems likely blames.
The contact owns a 2022 Ford Bronco. The contact stated while driving approximately 5 MPH and attempting to shift the manual transmission from first to second gear, the transmission failed, and the clutch went to the floorboard. The contact stated no warning light was illuminated. The contact had the vehicle towed to a local dealer where it was diagnosed and determined that the clutch had burned, and the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer had been informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 4,500.
UNKNOWN grinding sound when at idle or in/out of gear ( manual transmission) sounds like transfer case. Other owners of 2021-2023 broncos regardless of trim levels have heard this sound with their broncos as well (manual trans)

The vehicle’s back-up camera completely malfunctions about 20% - 30% of the time making it completely impossible to see anything behind the vehicle when backing up. Sometimes, when the vehicle is put into reverse, the display screen will be completely dark, other times the image freezes on a load up image or screen and there is no display of what is behind the vehicle, and worst of all, other times the display will lock on the first image from the rear facing camera and not show real-time video of what is behind the vehicle, making the driver think it is safe to back up when it may not be. The vehicle has been brought to two different Ford dealerships three different times over the last two years regarding this problem. The first time I was told the problem had been addressed. The prob
On [XXX] I was driving the vehicle during heavy rain. I commute 47 miles each way to work, when nearing my work location the car started to sputter like it was out of fuel and slowed to a crawl, applying pressure to the gas pedal had no impact - acted like it was getting no fuel, was able to pull vehicle over to side of the road. Vehicle would turn over but would not start - Check Engine light came on - codes displayed on code reader indicated that the high pressure fuel sensor and the low pressure fuel sensor were having issues. I had the vehicle towed to the closest Ford Dealer and they ended up replacing the fuel sensors and fuel pump. Thought that it was a faulty fuel pump. The Mileage I believe was 59516. On Wednesday [XXX] I was again driving this vehicle to work in a rain stor
wheels 1 complaint shown
I am filing a complaint because as I was driving my new 2022 Ford Bronco Big Bend the front passenger wheel popped off. There was no previous warning signs to let me know something was wrong. It seems as though the bolts/ lug nuts just snapped as I was driving. The tire popped off rolled back hit the car causing it to bounce and then fall and drag for a bit before I was able to come to a full stop while the wheel rolled down the street. This caused a lot of damage to the car from body to suspension. Luckily I was traveling at low speeds so I was not injured and luckily no one else was near to be injured by the run away wheel. I had the car towed to AutoNation Ford in Katy where they and insurance representatives inspected it. AutoNation has had the car for over a month and they still have

Flat towed vehicle behind motorhome. Followed Fords instructions to the letter. Transmission fried even though computer showed flat tow engaged. Ford refused to warranty this issue and blames the operator due to an internal memo. Ford dealerships have acknowledged their is an issue with their flat tow system but Ford refuses to warranty.
