There is an issue when I try to pump gas the pump repeatedly kicks off. It happens every time I put gas in my vehicle. It causes me to not know when the fuel is full. It’s not an issue with the gas pump because it happens at all different locations. It’s a problem with the vehicle itself.

Rear window of 2024 Bronco spontaneously broke with a loud bang while driving 40 mph down 2 lane smooth asphalt road in town, 55 degrees outside. Only 8000 miles on vehicle. Nobody else was on the road, there are no sidewalks. It would be impossible for a rock or other object to hit it from the back while I was driving 40mph. There was nothing being transported inside the back area of the vehicle and no sudden braking or movements in the car. The entire window exploded into the vehicle while all supporting parts dangled. I drove directly to the Ford dealership who confirmed it, took pictures, vacuumed up the window, and filed a claim, but Ford corporate denied a warranty claim. The turn signal stalk automatically switches the active turn signal to the opposite turn signal after a turn is completed, with no turn signal sound for the new opposite side signal. This is repeatable and has occurred since the purchase of the new vehicle. Example: Engaging the left turn signal using the stalk initiates the left turn signal. However, once the left turn is completed and the stalk clicks back into its neutral position, the right signal is automatically engaged, and there is no sound accompanying the flashing right turn indicator light on the dashboard. Other owners and drivers of this make and model have complained on social media about this issue, which can create havoc in certain traffic situations.

The soft top headliner is detaching from the main roof structure right above the driver. This secondary liner is now impeding my view of the road and my view out the passenger side window. This "inner" liner has been pushed back into place numerous times but it is continuing to fall un-expectantly when I am operating the vehicle. This is very startling to be struck in the head from this inner liner at any time. The Dealer is stating this is not under warranty to be repaired and I would have to purchase a new top at my expense - Will the next top have the same problem? Soft top cable that secures stop top became loose or broke. Only opened the top 5-10 times. There is now i rattle and the top is not secure. This is horrible. I have found this mentioned mulitple online threads trying to figure out how to fix. This is obviously a manufacture defect. I bought the bronco in feb of 2025.

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that while driving the vehicle at night, the headlights failed to provide adequate illumination and created a visibility hazard for the driver. While inspecting the vehicle, the contact discovered that there was condensation inside the front headlight assemblies, which caused the illumination from the headlights to be reduced. The contact indicated that the failure occurred while the temperature was below 50 degrees. The cause of the failures was not yet determined, and the vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer and the local dealer were notified of the issue. The failure mileage was 3,500.

Ford and other manufacturer are in huge rushes to convert to LED headlights. Ford designed the front headlights to be completely vertical, with no headlight housing heater. In freezing fog, snow and sleet the headlights almost immediately get covered and are useless and you can’t see anything. It’s only a matter of time for a major accident Attached are some of the numerous complaints of owners all over the internet.

While driving on the interstate in light snow and mostly clear and semi dry roads, ice accumulates on both the head lights and the foglights to a degree that they no longer project enough light to see far enough ahead at even moderate speeds. When I pulled over to inspect them, the surface was coated with a mix of ice and dirt rendering them useless. Ambient temperatures were between 24 and 30 degrees. It seems that the LED lights lack enough heat to protect from ice accumulation and a heat element of some type should have been included given the placement of the lights being somewhat recessed and that allows for accumulation. Obviously in pre-dawn darkness this produced an unsafe operation of a vehicle at highway speeds due to not being able to see the road far enough in advance. As f

When the Vehicle is put into Neutral Tow Mode and Towed behind a vehicle while using a supplemental braking system. The Bronco's Brake system becomes intermittently Active. Causing the slightest pressure to lock up the brakes. The Same issue as reported in. SSM 51415 . The Bronco power brake system is supposed to be de activated once it is put into neutral tow mode. Thus you set the supplemental brake system to respond as a vacuum brake system. So when the brake system on the Bronco becomes active during a stop it will lock up the wheels on the bronco and all four wheels skid. The brakes will stay locked up for what seems to be a long time but, may only be 10 or 15seconds to get them to release. The caliber seized causing the brake pad the fall and destroy the rotator. No brake indicators like turned on to advised of an issue. Ford does not want to take full responsibility for the faulty part that could have caused a major accident. Ford case# CXH06202259-S8K4B1. The vehicle is still at Ford for the repair so I don't have the repair documents yet.

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that while the defroster was engaged, the windshield cracked on the driver’s side. The crack started at the bottom of the windshield and spread to approximately 7-inches. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or a glass repair shop to be repaired. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact researched online and related the failure to an issue with the OEM windshield. The manufacturer was not informed of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.

Went out to start the vehicle one afternoon to notice a Crack from the outside passenger edge by the frame. Nothing hit the windshield and just a single line of Crack spread from one side of the windshield straight across took to ford to be told that while they couldn't see an impact they wouldn't cover it under warranty be cause they couldn't prove it was their fault

Tail lights sensors / control are defective in some way. To be clear the tail lights at the rear of the vechile work perfectly fine and are very bright. They light up during lock and unlock. Also if you set headlight to on when parked. Also note brake lights still work in all situations. However. When they are set to auto at times they don’t light at all even at night. Also if in auto every time when you shift into reverse or drive they also go out. Took video of this issue after two dealer visits they said they were unable to replicate. They are suppose to replace the vechile control unit next week. I have my doubts that’s the issue. I’m willing to wager it’s the body control unit that’s the issue which my vechile doesn’t have for some reason because it wasn’t equipped wi

The left front driveshaft is a problem. Had a 2022 Ford Bronco and Ford did a RAV Lemon law. Bought a 2024 and now the same problem is happening again. Same issues and 800 miles on a new Bronco. Also on m 2022 had the hard top replaced 5 times and the axle 2 times. And the top now shows cracks with 800 miles as well. Thought Ford would figure it out. Bronco is a great vehicle, just horrible parts. The main thing is the driveshaft I feel be a HUGE safety ISSUE!!! I hope Ford corporate looks here and gets feedback. By the way, happens after 20 or so minutes of driving, gets warm and it sounds like birds chirping and squeaking.

The contact stated that while driving and coming to a stop, the Engine Auto Start-Stop system failed to engage, and the engine revved significantly, causing the vehicle to move forward unintendedly. The contact stated that the failure persisted while standing on the brake pedal, requiring the contact to shift to neutral(N) or to park(P) to stop the engine. The contact stated that the failure had occurred on two occasions. The contact stated that the vehicle nearly moved into oncoming traffic on the first occasion and the vehicle nearly crashed into the rear of another vehicle on the second occasion. There are multiple spots on a 2024 4-door Outer Banks Bronco (purchased in 03/2024) that are melted. Most of the plastic components of the exterior body of the Bronco are bubbled, warped, or the paint is peeling away from the plastic. See affected areas listed below (see also photos attached). Areas Affected: -entire rear side of hard top, including 3rd brake light mount -passenger front mirror -driver's side rear wheel well -top of hard top -passenger's side rear door handle This seemingly occurred over a short period of time (1-2 weeks). This vehicle was taken to three different Ford dealership; the third kept the car for evaluation and inspection for over a week and wrote up an estimate for $14k in replacement parts and $2k for labor. The failure appears to have originated in the passenger side engine compartment, but the exact component or system (fuel, electrical, or other) is unknown. The vehicle is a total loss from the fire but should be available for inspection at the tow or storage facility. Our safety and the safety of others were put at risk because the vehicle caught fire suddenly while driving with traffic on a public road; my wife was driving, I was in the passenger seat, and our dog was in the back, and if we had not noticed the smoke and pulled over, the fire could have led to loss of control, injury, or a larger fire. The problem has not been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center because the vehicle is completely burned and not drivable. As of now, the vehicle has not yet been

The vehicle started showing excessive tire wear with only 3500 miles on it. We took it to the dealership to have this checked and discovered it the front suspension was severely out of alignment they aligned the suspension and 1500 miles later it was out of alignment again and was re aligned. Then 1500 miles later it was aligned yet again because of excessive wear and pulling hard to the left. The vehicle was returned to the dealership it was purchased from and they kept it for 27 straight days and claimed to have done 5 alignments and the 5th one worked. We drove the vehicle 1000 miles and the front tires were showing even worse wear and the front end was discovered to be out of alignment yet again. As of today the vehicle is scheduled to be returned to the dealership for a 5th time with
