Ford Motor Company (Ford) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Bronco and Bronco Heritage vehicles
Detached rear glass panels may create a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash.
Fix: Dealers will inspect and reinstall the rear glass panels on Bronco vehicles. On Bronco Heritage vehicles, dealers will replace the rear left-hand removable quarter glass panel. Repairs will be performed free of charge. Bronco owner notification letters were mailed June 6, 2024. Bronco Heritage owner letters were mailed June 12, 2024. Owners may contact Ford customer service at 1-866-436-7332. Ford's number for this recall is 24S10.

The contact owns a 2024 Ford Bronco. The contact stated that while the defroster was engaged, the windshield cracked on the driver’s side. The crack started at the bottom of the windshield and spread to approximately 7-inches. The contact had not taken the vehicle to a local dealer or a glass repair shop to be repaired. Went out to start the vehicle one afternoon to notice a Crack from the outside passenger edge by the frame. Nothing hit the windshield and just a single line of Crack spread from one side of the windshield straight across took to ford to be told that while they couldn't see an impact they wouldn't cover it under warranty be cause they couldn't prove it was their fault
