An incorrect cross beam may not adequately protect occupants in a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Fix: Dealers will replace the cross beam, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 16, 2025. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 71C. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning September 11, 2025.

The dash piece closest to the windshield is plastic and is very reflective, so it creates a reflection on the front windshield wiper of grid lines, causing obstructions in the visibility out the front windshield
