In 2014 had a brake booster recall on my vehicle. All parts were replaced related to the brake booster in may of 2014. On the first below freezing temperature of the season in 2016 my brakes failed when trying to stop at an intersection I went 20 feet pass the stop sign until I was able to stop. Luckily no other vehicles were at the intersection at this time. As I kept pumping the brakes while slowly continuing to drive the braking began to work. I had no other braking issues that day. The very next day with below freezing temperatures I was again unable to stop at the first intersection I approached again no other vehicles were at the intersection. I again continuously pumped the brakes while slowly driving and I immediately brought the vehicle to be serviced. My personal mechanic in

My car is stalling not picking up speed and making a noise that my engine is working hard when stepping on the gas . My engine light has come on and when trying to get the recalled part fixed the dealership is saying they don't have the part and do not know when it will be available
While my Jeep was parked, engine off, in my driveway (flat surface), my 7 year old daughter went to get out of the back seat. She touched on to the metal pole frame of the drivers headrest with her hand to assist her in getting out of the car, the headrest exploded and hit her in the side of the head. It hit her hard enough for her to be stunned and to say she saw stars. There are dozens of complaints online about this happening yet no recall. Chrysler has had to recall these so called active headrests before but my Jeep was not included. There needs to be a recall and fix as soon as possible.
There is an open recall on this vehicle since 11/2019 which states that the vehicle may stall while driving. I have been waiting to get the vehicle in but the dealership says there has been no fix given by Fiat/Chrysler and I have to just wait. They have a list of other vehicles/owners waiting as well. The vehicle has stalled out twice while operating as well as numerous problems starting the vehicle (also part of the recall issue).
The headrest popped open. I just came out one morning and it had split. This is apparently a safety device. Service department was no help said headrest must be replaced will cost about $1000. This should be a recall item.
