adaptive cruise and forward collision warning failed regularly for 10 months. dealers worked to find issue after having car in shop for collectively about 3 months. Dealer replaced parts, and finally determined it was a 4G adapter sold by Uconnect- a part of Dodge parent corp. Mopar tech's were aware of it, yet to my knowledge they still sell the 4G service. Use of the adapter with remote start disables FCW and ACC. I have pictures and documentation. They should stop selling this or fix software.

The passenger seat does not lock into place. The seat slides freely along the floor while driving.
Passenger seat does slides back / forward - does not lock in position. The movement of the seat would be very unsafe in a collision or accident. The passenger seat became stiff to slide and rollers fell out. Now, the seat moves freely front to back with accel / decel. In additiona, when the seat is moved up / forward to allow a passenger to enter the backseat, it will not push back down in position without manually releasing a cable under the seat. There has been some kind of failure in the seat leading to an unsafe condition. When trying to figure out what went wrong and what fixes are out there, it became clear many others have had the same issue.
The car has been in and out of the dealership for almost a week over the last two weeks and the recall has not been fixed and the dealership has been uncooperative about the repairs.

The back up camera cuts on and off and doesn’t work most of the time and then my abs and traction control light comes on and off
Complete and sudden loss of both headlights when driving at night. Dealer, in discussion with fca hq, suggests cause is related to front turn signal electronics associated with a single front turn indicator, which otherwise functions normally. At this time Dodge has no replacement parts available and the car is deemed unsafe to drive by the dealership. Owner has contacted fca to make them aware of total unwarned headlight loss - which is intermittant - as a safety issue. Lights otherwise still work and come back on by themselves after several seconds, suggesting problem with body control unit function or failsafe design
The fuses that run to both my left and right headlights keep getting burnt out .they burnt out when I turned the car on .
Both my 2015 challengers have the same dash lights on traction control,ABS, and brake light. powertrain 1 complaint shown
The transmission has very harsh downshifts when lightly braking or coasting to a stop. The transmission stays engaged and bogs down the car, then frees up suddenly, causing the vehicle to lunge forward. There is an audible clunk from the rear end when this happens. On several occasions it's almost LED to fender benders with the cars in front of me.
