RADIATOR FAN (RIGHT SIDE) NO LONGER SPINNING SMOOTHLY, CREATING LOUD NOISE. NOISE BEGAN SUDDENLY AT 4.5 YEARS OF AGE (65K MILES), AND WAS NOTICED DURING CITY DRIVING AND WHILE STOPPED (ENGINE RUNNING). REQUIRED REPLACEMENT OF "FAN MOTOR ASSEMBLY" TO CORRECT.
