The Air Bag Light on the instrument panel came on for no reason. I took the vehicle to the dealership. I had to pay for a reset to have been done. There were 2 or 3 codes that came up. I was told and the paperwork said that the technician resolved the problem. I went to start the vehicle and the instrument panel light was off for the air bag and I have 2 new issues. The seat belt light is on…

The air bag light turned on in the dashboard and I took it to the dealership they charged a diagnostics fee and said that the OSC sensor and control unit need to be replaced. I reported to them that I thought maybe the kids dropping water behind the seat was what triggered the light but it turned out that water never touched the components and it just failed on it's own. I checked for recalls…

The passenger airbag sensor on my dashboard has been on constantly even if the seat is empty for two years and has been passing inspection. However, for some odd reason, my car failed inspection this year due to the airbag light. It costs over $2200 to fix. My Altima also has this issue. Nissan needs to recall this issue. It’s becoming a common problem with your cars.
