The wipers on low mode stop working after about 30 seconds, requiring to turn off/on again or try the higher wiper speed. On a rainy day, when the wipers stopped there was near zero visibility. There were now warning lights when they stopped working. I see many other 2023 Ford Bronco report similar issues online; however I see no responses or issue acknowledgement from Ford. It is very scary when the wipers stop; especially during a moderate or heavy rain event. My Bronco was purchased week 3 December 2022 and the problem happened during my first rain event a few days after purchase.

While driving at multiple different speeds in the rain and snow, the wiper blades on the vehicle slow down on their own to an intermittent speed without driver input. This slowing of the wiper blades causes the driver to lose visibility while driving, creating a safety hazard on the road. This issue has occurred numerous times when the wiper blades are set to the highest speed. After about one minute, the wiper blades start to slow down and eventually reach a stop/start speed where the blades only wipe every 5-10 seconds. To remedy this, the driver has to turn the wiper blades off and turn them back on again to get the wiper blades going again at the higher rate of speed. However, this only lasts for a short period of time (about one minute) and then the wiper blades slow down again on the

My 2023 Ford Bronco has these "Advanced" wipers that automatically stop wiping when they think the windshield is dry or think the wiper motor may be damaged. When driving in heavy rain and you put the wipers on High (or even Low), they automatically switch to Intermittent after about 1 minute. They actually stop wiping at a high speed and pause between wipes for several seconds. In order to keep the wipers going in heavy, blinding rain you have to keep switching the wipers from Low to High to keep them moving. This is a safety hazard since you honestly cannot see though the windshield during heavy rain. After reading the Manual it appears this is a "feature" of the new Ford Bronco. This is a major safety issue and Ford should be required to fix the wiper motor on these vehicles.

Received Truck end of Dec 2022, immediately noticed that when it rains, the wipers at a certain speed have a glitch that suddenly stops and starts at a lower speed. I have video recording and took it to dealer. Dealer told me that it is a feature so the motor does not overheat. It made no sense because I could activate the higher speed and no problem with that one. First time it happened, was heavy rain at night while changing lanes and could have ended in an accident if there was more cars on the freeway. In short, dealer dismissed my concern even though I provided video of the issue.

Check engine light stayed on, constant. Code run showed cylinder 4 misfire. Bronco still under warranty so took to dealership. Mechanic said coolant was inside cylinder so he requested recommended remedy from Ford and would probably be engine replacement.

Engine service light came on indicating reduced power/power failure. Called Ford dealership and they said to bring it in asap. After diagnosis the Ford dealership said there was a problem with the wastegate. The dealership has no eta on when the part will be available.

My vehicle has the 2.7L V6 Ecoboost engine. This engine apparently has a design defect that results in repeated cam phaser failure. My engine recently had cam phaser failure and I had them replaced. A week later I was driving at speed on a highway when my engine completely died. I had to pull to the side of the road and could not restart my engine. I ended up being towed to a dealership and am awaiting diagnosis.

My engine has had a knocking problem since 3000 miles. Everytime I take it to Ford they agreed it has a knock but won't fix the problem stating it's normal and some engine knock more than others. The engine knocks at low rpm when stepping on the accelerator then smooths out about 1500 to 2000 rpm. One mechanic said it's an issue but they won't fix it unless it has a catastrophic failure this is unacceptable to me as they just want the vehicle to fall out of warranty when the engine finally gives way and doesn't turn on anymore. There are multiple Ford vehicles that have this issue and Ford does not seem to look into it and fix it please investigate the issues with knocking on all the Ford vehicles with the EcoBoost engines.

The windshield was faulty upon delivery of our new 2 door Ford Bronco. Every time it rains, water pours inside the vehicle through the gaps in the windshield sealant. The water flows through the passenger side A-pillar, and comes out of the airbags, as well as the defrost vents, then flowing down the side of the dashboard, and landing on the front passenger floorboard. The service department had to replace the entire front passenger side A-pillar during our most recent visit. The windshield is a major structural component of a vehicle, and our dealership service department confirmed that our faulty windshield puts our safety and the safety of our passengers in danger of experiencing serious injury when the windshield sealant completely fails. We have been to the dealership twice for the

The hardtop is failing in a critical mounting point location. Stress cracks are forming on the exterior of the hardtop directly parallel to the interior mounting bolts. The vehicle has 1,500 miles. The risk of the hardtop failing to remain attached to the vehicle on the road due to structural cracks is the safety concern. For structural cracks to occur within the first 1,500 miles does not imply future safety of passengers or others on the road. The problem has been documented by a local Ford dealer that deemed this is not a warrantable condition. The cracks began to appear before the first 1,000 miles of ownership. This vehicle was purchased new and is 5 months old. There were no other symptoms prior to the failure. With how quickly the cracks appeared the concern is sudden and immi

Since I took delivery of my 2023 Ford Bronco on August 1, 2023 I have not been able to connect to the FordPass (get updates, etc..). Dealer replaced the Gateway Module and has not been able to load software onto the module. The Gateway Module is a "hub" that routes signal to major components of the vehicle (safety, body control, telematics, power train, etc..). Since replacing the Gateway Module, Ford has been unable to get the software to load properly. This issue has manifested itself in not only the Bronco, but the F-150 and Bronco Sport as well. My vehicle has been in dealership for this fix for over 10 weeks. Given this is a critical component to vehicle safety and I have seen on Bronco and F150 forums over 50 cases of this I believe someone needs to question the ability of For

A little over 10000 miles, the "Check Brake System" and "Parking" Brake Lights came on after starting the vehicle. Both Ford and the dealership were contacted and was advised that the coding through the system showed brake fluid level low with possible indication of brake fluid leaking. I asked if the vehicle was safe to drive and neither Ford or the dealership would say either way. The vehicle was taken to the dealership. For the first visit, the vehicle was at the dealership for an entire day and was told by the service advisor there wasn't anything wrong and to take it home. After leaving the dealership, the lights came on again. I took my vehicle to the dealership a second time and it sat there for another two days. Upon picking up my vehicle on the 2nd visit, I was told that the bra

Two different times, my brakes have lost power. Both times were at slower speeds while coasting. The first time a car pulled out in front of me (about 50 feet ahead) and even though I was only going about 15 miles per hour I was barely able to stop in time. When I hit the brake pedal it felt rock hard (like when you pump the brakes with the engine off). The pedal did not go to the floor or anything like that. It stayed high in the stroke. No ABS sensation or warning lights. The next time I hit the brakes they worked normally. I couldn't reproduce the problem until about 2 months later I was leaving work and was pulling up the street at about 5 miles per hour when it did the same thing. It was almost flat ground and It was all I could do to press the brake pedal hard enough to stop in time.

Rotational scraping noise from manual transmission, especially when cold and neutral (1st and 2nd gear). Ford Dealer at Autonation Ford Union City, Georgia stated that they would need to replace the 5th and 6th synchronizer rings to resolve this issue. Bought certified used from Capitol Ford in Charlotte, NC with 8213 miles, hear noises but it was soft, but the more I drove the louder it got. Now Bronco has 9064 miles. No accidents, no off-roading, and this seems like a safety issue from the manufacturer because the shifting is difficult.

My vehicle has both cracked and leaking rear shocks as well as issues with the rearview camera and infotainment system. I have gone through two Ford Dealerships to remedy this issue and was told parts are on back order. I attempted to remedy this issue when I first received notification that parts were available in August 2025. When I drive, I can feel the suspension is not providing support and continued use will cause other issues with the vehicle that may not be covered under warranty or the recall. My vehicle will also trigger the collision avoidance feature when there is physical trigger. This has caused my brakes to lock up in traffic.

On November 30th, 2025 I drove southbound from Milwaukee to Chicago, leaving at approximately 5:30 a.m., on I-41. There was a winter storm warning in effect. Approximately every twenty miles I needed to stop and deice my headlights as light output had diminished to almost zero, resulting in extremely dangerous visibility. I have experienced similar problems in Manitoba and western Minnesota. In these areas, there is often more than fifteen miles before you can exit the highway or find a safe place to pull over. It is not possible to get this problem diagnosed by a dealer. However, it is a common complaint among Bronco (and Jeep) owners. The combination of an upright grill and the low heat output of LED lighting quickly render headlights useless in snowy or icing conditions. No warnings
