On approximately November 15th 2025, I took my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xE In for a routine oil change and tire rotation to Fred Martin Super Store in Barberton , Ohio. Upon completion on the service I was told that there was a recall on my vehicle and I was not to park in my garage or plug the vehicle in due to risk of fire coming from the Hybrid Battery. I immediately called the service department at Fred Martin Super Store in Barberton Ohio to see if this recall was accurate. The Service Department Rep did confirm verbally that there was a recall and again NOT TO PARK IN MY GARAGE OR PLUG THE VECHILE IN DUE TO FIRE RISK. I was told the parts were not available to fix the problem at this time. This vehicle is not safe to have on or near my property and is not functioning the way it is i
The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Numbers: 25V741000 (Electrical System) and 25V766000 (Engine); however, the parts to do the recall repairs were not yet available. The local dealer was contacted, and the contact requested to trade the vehicle, but the request was denied because the vehicle was under recall. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue and offered to reimburse the contact for vehicle rental expenses within a specific price range, but the price range that the manufacturer provided could not cover the rental expenses of a vehicle that could accommodate the contact. The contact had not experienced a failure.
Vehicle recall for potential fire risk if charging vehicle battery, was informed by email from Jeep that the vehicle is not safe to drive. No solutions given
2 outstanding recalls on the vehicle. Taken in for repair, told there is no available solution for either recall. No rental provided. Now driving a vehicle that could catch fire.
I received Safety Recall 68C for my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe stating that the high-voltage battery may become damaged during normal operation and could lead to a vehicle fire. FCA instructs owners not to recharge the vehicle and states that no remedy is currently available. In addition to the recall, I am experiencing a major safety issue inside the vehicle. The rear driver-side passenger seat (directly above the high-voltage battery) becomes extremely hot during normal driving, hot enough that my family members cannot sit there comfortably. The heat is abnormal and appears to be coming from the battery area. I have small children who ride in this vehicle, and I no longer feel it is safe to transport them. FCA has no fix for the known battery defect, and the combination of internal h
This is the 9th recall. All information you have but most concerning is the fire hazard and recommendations NOT to plug in the hybrid vehicle and NOT to park near any structures including in the garage in this freezing New England cold.
2 current recalls on my vehicle 68C and 78C are life threatening and the vehicle may catch on fire. Visiting the dealer today 12/6 - there is no solution for either. This vehicle is unsafe and the manufacturer is not providing any solution or alternative. I would expect either a solution/ a loaner or a buyback
The contact owns a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V741000 (Electrical System); however, the part for the recall repair was not available. The contact was concerned about the vehicle catching on fire due to the unrepaired recall. The manufacturer was contacted but provided no assistance. The contact was informed that parts were not available. The contact inquired about a loaner vehicle and was denied a loaner vehicle. The contact had not experienced a failure.
My Jeep hybrid is under an active safety recall with no available remedy. The manufacturer has instructed owners not to charge the hybrid battery system, which means the vehicle cannot be used as designed. I am continuing to make loan payments on a vehicle whose primary advertised functionality has been disabled due to a safety defect. I have contacted Jeep/Stellantis repeatedly through their recall assistance lines and have been transferred, disconnected, or told to call numbers that do not resolve the issue. No timeline or interim remedy has been provided. The vehicle is materially impaired, and the lack of a fix poses safety concerns and financial harm to owners. I am requesting NHTSA intervention due to the absence of any manufacturer solution or support.
My 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xe (VIN [XXX] ) is affected by two separate federal safety recalls involving the high-voltage battery: Recall 95B / NHTSA 24V-720 and the newly issued Recall 68C / NHTSA 25V-741. Both recalls warn of a potential vehicle fire and instruct owners to stop recharging the battery and to park the vehicle away from structures and other vehicles due to fire risk. These warnings appear directly in the recall notices I received. Recall 95B / NHTSA 24V-720 states that the battery pack may contain cells susceptible to separator damage which, combined with internal cell interactions, may lead to a vehicle fire. Owners are advised not to recharge and to park away from structures. Recall 68C / NHTSA 25V-741 states that under normal vehicle operation, the high-voltage battery

Forward collision warning. While attempting to make a left hand turn with a green arrow onto a busy highway, the car suddenly slammed to a stop almost causing a collision. The problem has not been reproduced as it hasn’t been driven again. It is not yet at the dealership. The vehicle has not been inspected. No warning lights prior to the problem.
It sounds like the body of my car is detaching from the frame. Like my coil springs are loose or coming out.
There is no heat in truck. It has something to do with the 2 way control valve. When driving you cannot defrost the front window when it fogs up and sometime freezes. Very dangerous to drive since it is winter here in NJ. Brought up to dealer months ago. Trying to deal with it but hard to drive in cold. Said it wasn't under warranty but it started before warranty was up. I see this as a safety hazard and there should be a recall on these.
Driver Display goes out every couple days (or when it feels like it) Display goes blank and you must stop and turn off car to get it back on. All controls, as camera, gps, handsfree calls are not operational when the display goes into a reboot mode and then blank, under you pull over and shut the car off, turn it back on and then it's back to normal. Sometimes it just reboots while driving of no reason while on a call, following directions using GPS etc. Safety concern since while driving driver (myself) while alone in car will try to get back working if I'm on a call or following the GPS. I know it's my fault for doing so while driving but under certain circumstances it human nature to try getting it all working again when you're lost or in a area you're not familiar with and could ca

My wife was driving my kids to school and the jeep went into limp mode. This jeep relies too much on the battery to run everything and the batteries failed, at 39k and 2 years of ownership. It was showing steering, sos, brake, airbag, anti collision system failures with no prior warnings.
Power steering light came on and I took my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee (3.6L) to Cape Coral Chrysler Jeep Ram and they said it would be $3929.89 to fix for me. Replace Steering Rack and Pinion. This is a SAFELY ISSUE and I feel I should have to pay that much to fix a 2023!!!
Vehicle Purchased 05/27/2025 6/6/2025 - 9 days after purchasing the vehicle i was left stranded in the parking lot due to the battery issues. The vehicle showed a warning stating to "Service Charging System" and the entire system locked out and the vehicle was towed to to the dealer for evaluation and was there for over a week. When I received the car back they stated it was just the battery and not the charging system/hybrid system. 12/03/25 - While driving on the freeway, warning lights started coming up and the seat belt bell started going off even though everyone was buckled. Then my power steering was disabled, the ABS system was disabled and the breaks stiffened, lane assist was disabled, the airbags were disabled, and the SOS calling, and the engine shut off. When trying to change

Dashboard showed Transmission Error Message: Service Transmission Continue in D, Do Not Shift or Turn off Engine Until you Reach a Desired Location, You may not be able to shift again until serviced. Vehicle was stuck in 1st gear and would not shift out for 5 minutes. Taken to dealer with engine light on and shown pictures of error messages and dealer found nothing wrong with vehicle. This all happened on a highway and I had to navigate from high speeds to slow and stop in the exit lane.
The vehicle has an active safety recall related to a potential high-voltage battery fire. The recall warns that the battery pack may contain damaged cells that could lead to a vehicle fire under certain conditions. The manufacturer instructs owners not to recharge the battery and to park the vehicle away from buildings or other vehicles due to the fire risk. The defect puts my family and others at risk because the vehicle cannot be safely charged, cannot be parked near structures, and may pose a spontaneous fire hazard. This significantly limits the ability to drive or store the vehicle normally. The issue was present before I purchased the vehicle, and the recall was active at that time. The problem has been confirmed by the manufacturer’s recall documentation. I have contacted dealersh
