If this condition is present, refer to Workshop Manual, Section 501-17, Pinpoint Test B6 for Navigator or Pinpoint Test C6 for Expedition to check drain hose flow. Make sure the vehicle is parked on level ground. If drain hose flow is normal, continue diagnosis using Pinpoint Test B for Navigator or Pinpoint Test C for Expedition starting at the beginning.
